Good ambience, friendly staff and fair prices, but I didn't like my cappuccino (it tasted really bitter - like over roasted - prolly the way it was prepared) and my wife's chai latte was weak tasting / watery.

WOW! What a beautiful coffee shop. The decor has a ton of hanging plants and beautiful lighting. Great outdoor seating as well. We had two seasonal fall coffees and they were to die for. The staff was so sweet, Bella was so kind and fun. They seemed like they enjoyed working there. 10/5 highly recommend.

Great place to stop and have a meeting with a client! Located in Mercado this coffee shop is super cute and a nice place to hang out for several hours if need be! I will definitely be going back they have great coffee!

the espresso coffee was awful, just a young guys work here and they don't be able to cook, the table are dirty and uncomfortable chairs....

The coffee isn't good but what's even worse is the customer service. These people are downright rude.

Trendy, nice atmosphere and had potential but not for me. My wife wanted to try so we drove to one location and person at the checkout counter didn’t know about coffees available so I just ordered a coffee and it was average. My wife ordered hot oat milk latte and got iced latte. Since this location had recently opened we left our beverages and decided to drive 7 miles to another location to try. Their website advertised a Maple Spice as a cult classic so being a fan of maple lattes I was ready to try. However when I got there and ordered the person at the counter said not available anymore even though it was on the website. Couldn’t believe they can’t keep a little maple syrup around for a “cult classic”. I’ll just stay with Starbucks.

Lovely coffee shop with true artistry pouring streamed milk so it looks like little hearts. Very good coffee and the guava pastries are delicious.

Easily one of the top coffee roasters in SWFL! We moved down recently from Cincinnati where we had many more coffee options. Narrative has become our trusted go to for great coffee and a great all around experience.

This place had the best latte I have ever had. The reason for the 3 stars is yesterday morning, a group of 5 people..3 men and 2 women.. were well behind us in line and everyone else ahead of them, including us had to wait until all their orders were filled. Found out later she was part owner. Bad for business to treat your paying customers that way. Not impressed.
