I’m thrilled Narrative opening their brick and mortar location! They’re truly the only modern coffee shop south of Sarasota and west of Miami. If you’re looking for chain sizing, this probably isn’t for you. Espresso beverages are served at the traditional ratios of coffee to milk. Their minimalist styling provides a relaxing spot to get out of the SWFL heat.

I’m very annoyed and disappointed this time.
Im usually a daily customer and get their liquid luck. When I ordered my coffee I made sure my coffees were cold and my moms hot. The barista who was making our coffee was very rude. My mom forgot to ask for a mug instead a cup when the barista was pouring the coffee, we kindly ask her if she could transfer the coffee to the mug, she gave us a smirk and attitude about it, didn’t even care to transfer it. When it was my turn, she was making my coffee I made sure I asked my coffee cold and when I did that, the barista gave me the most nasty attitude and her respond was you asked for hot not cold, I told her no I asked for cold coffee. When I said that she rolled her eyes about it. Please fix her attitude.

Big coffee energy here. With coffee as good as this and their knowledgeable and friendly baristas, it’s no wonder Narrative has developed a cult following of regulars at the Mercato location. Count me in!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL in this store !!! I got the iced Apple Fritter Chai yesterday and I can’t stop thinking about it. So delicious, very sweet staff, and beautiful/ aesthetically pleasing place.

Super chill atmosphere, great addition to Mercato. Their Matcha is delicious! So refreshing. Highly recommend!! I can't wait to try their other offerings.

Top-notch coffee, also staff is extremely friendly and patient. Very clean environment. Excellent place to get some coffee and get some work done.

Super cute shop! There's a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere when you walk in. Coffee/tea is also super good :)

Always has great drinks and friendly staff. Plenty of places to sit inside and on the patio. Love their creative seasonal drinks!
