Midway Cafe & Coffee Bar

Delightful little LOCAL coffee shop/cafe right off the Overseas highway. Friendly staff, full coffee bar options and a very nice breakfast & lunch (closes at 2PM) menu. I loved my Cuban sandwich: generous portion of flavorful pork on a delicious homemade hoagie roll. My wife enjoyed the egg scramble - everything was fresh, quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation - I loved this place and strongly recommend it if you're in Islamorada and looking for a very casual breakfast/lunch option. There's plenty of indoor and shady outdoor seating options.

Great food, excellent service. Best service I have received in a cafe on this county. Amanda made us feel that we knew her from forever. The brie, egg and bacon on a Ciabatta Bread Sandwich is to die for. I will be returning often here (even though is 3 hours away from my normal commute)

I was on a mission to find Manny and Isa's original Key Lime Pie. It was delicious. It was 15 minutes before closing and they were cleaning up. They were a bit distracted and forgot my latte.

Best breakfast place !! So cute snd cozy and friendly but MOST of all sooo delicious! I will miss this place! I got addicted to the avocado toast on homemade bread while we stayed for the week.

Dropped in for a quick breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. The hot chocolate was pretty good, but what really blew us away were the cinnamon buns. They were to die for! The bagels were also very good.

Great little Cafe, atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good. Outdoor seating area gives this place a quiet secluded beach vibe. The kind of place you could go in for breakfast and lose track of time. Very welcoming and relaxing.

I had their Goat sandwich with pasta salad and a tropical tea - so delicious!!

The staff is super sweet and the seating is really cool. Highly recommend this cute little restaurant!

Food took less than 5 mins

The disgusting mushy slimy salad leaves and only half wrapped sandwich. $40 for a salad and sandwich togo that i didn't end up eating Because eww. They are also not following socal distancing guidelines. I would not recommend at all.

The best place for breakfast / brunch at Islamorada. The outdoor seating is beautiful, the shakes and food is delicious as well.
We also tried the keylime pie which was refreshing specially on a hot morning.
They also have parking at the front and is a bike ride away from most of the resorts in the area.
