I love this place. Its crazy busy but the food is worth the wait.

Great little breakfast and lunch place in Islamorada. Most seating is outside and it is very cute.

Food was fresh and healthy with lots of yummy looking pastries as well.

I had the avocado toast. The coffee is just as good as Starbucks.
We are here twice while on vacation.

I also had the privilege of witnessing human decency. A women in a wheelchair walked this place was packed and the server flagged her down opened up a side door to make it easy for her and gave her a seat and took her order. It was nice to see this in a world of so much hate. She took charge and made it where she didn’t have to wait.

This Jersey girl gives this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a cool little spot! Everyone was super friendly! We had breakfast. Our food was fresh and delicious. The cinnamon roll was amazing! The homemade bread was great! It's very busy, so plan on waiting in line to place your order. You may not find a seat to dine in or outside, especially if you go on the weekend.

Fantastic food in one of the coolest little diners I have ever been in. Loved my chicken wrap. Coffee is really good there as well. It's small and can get extremely busy. So plan to wait in line during the prime hours. Seating inside is very limited too.

Cool little cafe! Been down to the Keys many times and drove right past it, thought we'd give it a try. Lots of great breakfast options... I went with the "everyone's favorite sandwich" my wife got the skillet.
We were both very satisfied with our choices. There are plenty of dessert options as well. If you are in the area give this place a try!
Prices are very fair, about $10-$15 per person

A good variety of indoor and outdoor seating literally right off the the highway. Decor is really cute and bright. Food was good and portions were enough to fill most people. We both added a bakery item and were stuffed.

The drinks we tired were good. The coconut mocha frappe in particular was excellent. I would make a special trip down just for another.

Pricing is fair, two drinks, two meals, and two bakery items came out to roughly $50 before tip.

P.S. keep your eye out for special signage.

Absolutely best bread on the island, NO preservatives, fresh pastries and wonderful breakfast options, eat inside, outside and the smoothoe bar is the only draw back, often no mango or pineapple for some of the options... oh, cafe? Coffee is excellent....

Be warned one thing, it's not a cheap or affordable stop by measure. The service however is fabulous.

The cafe is cute and prices are good for the Keys. Perhaps we ordered the wrong items, but we did not enjoy the breakfast wrap nor the spinach feta pastry. Wrap had a lot of potatoes in it. Adding bacon to it was the only good idea. It tasted good, otherwise it was nothing spectacular. Spinach feta pastry was a bit bland.

Wandering Islamorada for Brunch and saw this old breakfast brunch place. Great choice. First of all it is popular so expect a line with limited inside seating. Lots of outdistanced tables. Anyway, the owner, who is working hard will great you with a menu. Super nice people. Food is great. Meat lovers omelet is fantastic. Optional sides of bacon, sausage are super. Coffee is their own blend and is the best I have had here. Great experience

Don’t get strong-armed in eating breakfast at your fancy resort, drinking your coffee with your pinky up, and paying inflated prices. Come to Midway Cafe for a fantastic breakfast with great service. Omelettes are loaded, eggs cooked to your desire, and enjoy bottomless coffee. No grande coffee here for they speak English, not Starbucks, and they come in Sm, Med and Lg, in a coffee mug. They make the bread and pastries in house so they are fresh daily. Limited seating inside so get in early or take outside to eat in the back. Takeout is welcomed as well.

I really like this friendly cafe. Best bacon I had in the Keys! The coffee was good and took one more for the road. And had the best Key Lime Pie in the Keys.
