absolutely delicious food and such a bright and colorful atmosphere ☺️

Super cute patio area to eat in (and an indoor area). Expect to wait in line on the weekends. The servers and cashier are great! The breakfast sandwiches and coffees are very good, but the waffles taste like hotel, free buffet waffles. I didn't add the strawberries or chocolate chips to it and maybe that would have masked the hotel mix quality of it. All in and all a good experience, but I would order a non-waffle meal. The sandwiches are spot on; the patio is beautiful and tropical, and the staff is outstanding!

We went there accidentally, and so happy to get the chance to visit them. We ordered Fraps and smoothie, it was flavorful and high quality. The environment and staff was cute. It was very fun experience to visit this local coffee shop.

We're locals here on the Keys, and the Midway Cafe is essentially a local institution. Wonderful freshly prepared food, great service, kitschy atmosphere, a nice mix of locals and tourists. Incredibly reasonable prices for the Keys.

Whether you're staying in Islamorada or on your drive down to Key West stop here for a quick good breakfast or lunch.

Tip: On the first Sunday of every month from 9 to 11 a.m. a local group of ukulele players perform live music in the outdoor dining area. Lots of smiles.

If you happen to drive by Islamorada and are looking for breakfast or brunch, Midway cafe is my favorite. Food, service, atmosphere, and don't worry if you see a long line, it usually moves fast and the flavors of you meal would make you forget the wait. Enjoy our Florida keys. ❤️

Cute quirky little cafe where you order your food at the counter, and they bring it to your table. At first, we were hesitant as upon entering, as the line seemed long. Line moved fast, and food was delivered to our table pretty quickly by a very pleasant young lady. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, everything was fresh and delicious!

Yes. The Key lime pie is good. We got a sandwich & coffee too, but truly came for the pie.

They have an expansive menu & you can find something here to your liking.

We had been here the year before, and it was one of the best places to have breakfast. I was disappointed this time around. Food was no better than dunking donuts and neither was the coffee. The prices have gone up drastically. For 3 toast and coffees we spent $70.00 Then they let a lady selling fake flowers, come in asking every table for charity money, not my cup of tea. That's the last thing I want to be bothered while on vacation, having breakfast with my family We Will not be going back.

I’ve been stopping by Midway Cafe for years so I know the exceptional service and quality they provide! Recently we were in the area for a wedding and we stopped in all 3 days! They were accommodating and their online ordering system is the best for large parties!

The prices are so great & the coffee is delish!
