To Tip with Card let them know before you check out, there my side of the keypad. reviews are a good guiding factor. The goods are incredibly well made and the bread is fairly priced. Lines can form as they have a limited capacity during the pandemic but its worth the wait when there is one.

Tamika is a literal angel. Absolutely the most precious person I have met in a long time. She has made both of my experiences at Uppercrust absolutely amazing. The first time I visited Uppercrust, I had been wrongfully terminated from my job and had been crying my eyes out all day. She completely made my day with her sweet demeanor. The food is phenomenal too, but the personal touch that she added with her caring personality really set the bar for other businesses in the same field. From the food to the great customer service, Uppercrust stands out in Gainesville. If you haven’t tried this place out, do so ASAP!

If I had one wish I wish we had an Uppercrust Bakery in Ocala . This is the only Production Bakery any one needs for all of their French bread and 🍰 pastries. A must try if you are like me and you can't live without your italian crusty bread Uppercrust will soon be your favorite Bakery too. I lived in NY and I got a good Baguette on any street but wow once I tried Uppercrust French Baguette there was no going back sincerely the very best of everything they make

The savory french roses are some of the tastiest things I've ever put in my mouth. However, I am primarily reviewing their weekly wine tasting. For $15 you can taste 8-10 medium- to high-end wines, and you receive a $15 gift certificate that you can use or save for later. I give it 4 stars because every time we go, it's way too crowded. Like, it's stressful trying to get back in line for the next sample. Also, last time we started our tasting later in the day (around 3pm), and they were all out of 3 of the wines. They offer free cheese samples during the tasting, which is nice. Also the staff are professional and knowledgeable.

Uppercrust is one of my favorite spots in Gainesville. They've got a good mix of sweet and savory, delicious locally roasted coffee, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff. Went in just this weekend and got a gingerbread person cookie in addition to breakfast and Casey offered it on the house, just because. It also just happened to be a phenomenal gingerbread cookie! I love this place and would recommend to anyone looking for a tasty breakfast or snack.

This is such a lovely bakery! It feels exactly like Europe inside. They have a nice variety of croissants, tarts, freshly baked bread, coffee etc. Currently, there isn't an espresso maker, but they'll acquire one soon. There is a nice little gift shop area as well. Definitely worth visiting, so adorable!

Outstanding. Amazing. Seriously over-the-top excellent. Every. Single. Time. And the folks are so very nice and truly committed to providing the best possible experience for customers. I drive from way across town, zooming past other good bakeries and coffee shops, to experience what only Uppercrust delivers. Here’s to many more decades of fabulous!

Update: I've been in a couple times since my initial 3-star review and true to form the cappuccinos have been perfect. I really appreciate the consistency that Upper Crust brings to everything they do. And the fact that I no longer have to be "that guy" who left a poor review because his favorite fancy coffee drink wasn't just right.
My original review (for posterity): Consistently amazing baked goods. Three stars because the staff consistently gets the cappuccino wrong. Even when asking for a dry cappuccino I just end up with a cup of hot milk.
First world problems I guess.
