Oh my God! I got accustomed to really good pastries and bread because in my hometown, there was one of the best baking schools in the country and they had a cafe in town. UpperCrust reminds of that Cafe. I had a Raspberry filled croissant and I ate it without feeling guilty- it was that good. It was just the right amount of flakiness to the dough, the right kind of raspberry jam and the whole affair just melted in my mouth. I also got a bread there that I haven't tried yet but I am sure it's great. It's amazing- if you are looking to treat yourself to some good pastry or bread-this is the place to come to. And the best part, it's local!!!!

Best french bakery, from savory to sweet.

Great pastries in Gainesville. I recommend everyone try it. The chocolate tart is my wife and I's favorite. The coffee is also very good.

Really, really good bakery... Although overpriced. This bakery has a small selection of beautifully made pastries. This is the best croissant I have had in Florida.
They also have some canned/bottled goods and gifts.

One of the best local places in Gainesville! They always have unique and delicious pastries and breads and they offer amazing cheeses and spreads! I definitely recommend asking for Alex! He is the best and so friendly!

I can’t eat cookies from just anywhere after having theirs. Their brownies are to die for as well. We’ve got almond butter croissants, sugar cookies, and cinnamon butter bread (?) too. Can’t find ‘em better anywhere else, I’ll tell you that much.

Above all, the service was great—they’re as sweet as what they serve.
