I understand The restaurant business is suffering from not having as many servers and help they need. Here’s my complaint first I ordered online for pickup in 30 minutes site said not busy good time to order I thought. Second the street is blocked off!!! Third food not ready 70 years old out in the heat I didn’t plan. Last I planned to eat half my sandwich and save the other sandwich and half for later Behold half a Cuban half beef and cheese and the whole other I don’t know what it was but not what I ordered two sandwiches only only got 1/4 of the two sandwiches right smh

Great food, reasonably priced drinks, big, open outdoor seating area that hosted a comedy show. Absolutely perfect. Quick service, lots of seating all spaced out, and friendly staff. Definitely add to your list of attractions in Gainesville!

Delicious and big Cuban sandwich. The quesito was also incredible. Highly recommend!!

We come back here every gville trip. The sandwiches are amazing. There's a bit of a wait in the busy times but it's worth it. Aside from fast food it's one of the only late night food options downtown (maybe the only). Always enjoy the place, the late night people watching is entertaining as well

DO NOT COME HERE !!

Rude and unhelpful staff, they round their menu prices up!! 1.74 pastry got charged 2 dollars, once confronted greeted with same rude responses. Don’t come here unless you want your money stolen and terrible service !

Update: Called to notify staff about their front cashier issue (as noted by countless other google reviews) and was hung up on. This is the type of service you will receive if you come!

This place has gone down in the extreme over the years! Such a shame.

I really don't understand why the gentleman had to he so rude to me and my family when we were ordering. Dude was very snappy and cut my girl off multiple times when we was ordering. Dude was mad about covid rules or whatever. I've been here about a 100 times and never had bad service like I had today when the restaurant was empty. Really upset but whatever.

Gosh...why o why did I even attempt to come here. It takes FOREVER to get a simple meal. At least 30 minutes. If not more....And it is every single time I go. Today though, it was the worst I experienced, very long wait (45 min). Also, Flacos has a GCM coupon, but the worker did not allow me to use it (why have it on the app, then??).

One star because I think the food is decent. But is it worth the wait? I don’t think so.

Sandwiches were really good and with great flavor. The inside is rather small. It also took quite a while to get our food and they weren't very helpful. But the food was really good.

All my friends say this place is crazy good and I totally want to believe them but my personal experience could have been better. It's a relatively small space and they get tons of customers which is great for business but a poor waiting experience. Service takes a while especially when the night really picks up which is hard to blame them for though. Staff seemed tired but trying to be friendly. I remember getting a bowl item from them which was okay but I also feel like I should have got a sandwich item instead.
