Peet's Coffee

2023MAY16 I ordered a small coffee. The employee said he had to brew a fresh pot. Stood and waited a short time. Maybe four minutes. The employee then handed me the coffee and a brown bag with a large cookie. He said the cookie was for waiting.

I am over 60. No stranger was ever this kind to me in my adult life. Took the coffee, sat down and had an emotional meltdown. Actually cried.

Came back another day to thank that guy but he was not working.

Most excellent coffee and pastries. Fast and friendly service. They just need to get rid of the code for the washrooms, it isn't Fort Knox.

I’m a big fans of Peet’s in general! While i mostly brew Peet’s at home, I do visit this location occasionally. The baristas are ALWAYS very friendly and professional, and make my coffee just right!!

Very creative baristas and wonderful customer service. Even when short staffed they’re always very prompt and professional. They always have fresh pastries and a wide selection of sandwiches. I love that they greet me as soon as I walk in. Employees make sure the lobby is clean and I enjoy the ambiance.

I've been to Washington, D.C. since yesterday and your coffee was very good. I like it more than a certain SB, which is famous. The inside of the store was also fashionable, and the clerk was also cute.

I visited this cafe for the first time today. I am Japanese and my English is not good, but I was very happy to be served kindly by the smiling waitress. I ordered a cafe mocha and a cafe latte, both of which were delicious. Very friendly and nice place, will definitely visit again!

Love Peet's Coffee! The coffee in general is excellent, way better than Starbucks. Service was quick, exactly what I ordered. If you need to use the bathroom just ask an employee for the code, no problem with that. As of now because of DC and the rules they have masks are still required to enter. Pricing is comparable to the other chain coffee places, this location is awesome just kitty corner from The White House.

I like this location it’s the only Peet’s I’ve been to so I don’t have a comparison. The service was great the three times I visited which always makes it better. I sat in one time and didn’t order since I was waiting to meet someone and I had no issues. If I’m the area stop by! There is a Starbucks right across the street but nothing wrong with this great location!!

A very cozy and clean place. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Nice place to meet and hang up with your friends. Coffee is good. Seating are is enough. The staff are nice. Service is not slow.
