we walked in randomly to eat, and the older lady, that was the host, was beyond rude, and annoyed with her miserable life apparently. We just got out of a long day of work and wanted to come for food but waited at a back corner table that was rocky for ten-fifteen minutes before the waitstaff even came back to give us water. Then he came back again trying to push us to buy bottle water then we waited again and he came back for drink order. And well… the rest of the story is the same. We almost walked out. We should have. Skip this restaurant. It’s not worth it. Honestly.

Always has amazing food and their staff is just wonderful! I probably spend more time here than I do at home.

Good service and good Italian food. Good potions.

The server was very nice, but the person at the front desk was extremely rude to me and all of my guests, including over the phone when I made the reservation. We should have left immediately. My dish was okay. Certainly nothing to rave about. The outside seating does have a nice ambiance though. I have eaten at much better restaurants in DC. I would not recommend this establishment.

Small portions but the desserts we extremely tasty.

This was a hidden gem. Food was very tasty and the service was great. The restaurant felt like an Italian family's living room.

Food was quite tasty, but service was awful. We didnt get food we ordered. And waited a very long time before we were acknowledged to get our check. Not going back.

A really cute restaurant with authentic Italian food.

The zucchini encrusted sea bass was a melody of various, subtle flavors. The service was friendly, unrushed, an excellent. The atmosphere is romantic with a European flair. If we lived in DC we'd return regularly. It was a great place to spend New Years Eve.

Limited Sunday menu. Fried chicken didn't taste good, rancid. Sent it back. Two servers, one good, the other awful. Neither knew much about the Zucchini soup. Won't go again anytime soon.
