I just discovered this coffee shop in the neighborhood and will definitely be coming here more often for working outdoors. The back patio is pretty awesome!

One of my favorite places in D.C. Quite a few spots with outlet access, lending itself to a light bite with a pot of tea. In the afternoon and evening it has great happy hour options for beer and wine, along with a beautiful outdoor area with string lights in the back that is ideal for groups.

Easily my favorite coffee shop in DC. The mineral water on tap has elevated Colony Club to one of my fav coffee shops on the mid-Atlantic (& i’ve been to a lot). Haven’t experienced the nightlife aspect of the place.

Coffee is fantastic. Employee's are almost overly friendly. Only down side is you'll never get a seat, they are all taken up by MacBooks. Great spot for coffee to go.

If you're looking for a good spot to hang, do some creative work outside of the office and home, this is the place to go to.

Coffee, cider and wine. Stations for laptops and charging phones. It's a mix of an internet cafe, lounge with a minimalist yet elegant interior aesthetic.

My girlfriend and I stopped by Colony Club during our visit to DC. It's a cute little spot with a great atmosphere. The barista was really helpful and friendly while answering my questions. Would definitely visit again if I'm in the DC area! :)

My daughter is getting box braids across the street and I needed a place to use the internet. Colony is directly acriss the street. The music is good and I didn't even have to rurn on mines. The staff is so sweet. Thee food and drinks are good. I didn't check out the ping pong area but will next time. Its a nice chill spot where no one bothers you. I found my favorite spot when my daugter has to get 4 hour braids.

Nice atmosphere. Good product. Too bad about all the plastic. Lots of plastic straws even though we're over a month into a DC single use plastic straw ban (no fines yet, but it's still illegal) and tons of people eating in with disposable cups and those annoying plastic coffee cup lids. Qualia coffee down the street has gone all plant-based, corn-derived lids on takeout cups (I heard they've even done tests to see which one works best)... so it's definitely possible. I know it costs more, just make lids optional and charge a little more. It's such a big issue it is just so hard to see businesses taking the easy way out here - especially when there are so many amazing choices in the area. This is my litmus test for being a return customer these days.
