District Doughnut

4$ per donut and the donuts were not even good. I shouldve went to Georgetown cupcakes instead, or even Krispy Kreme. Even Dunkin donuts is better than this place. Will never come back, and I'll be sticking with astro donuts

Wow. Just wow. What a good doughnut! I was beyond please having tried these for the first time last week. I didn't get that oily film in my mouth that ruins most doughnuts. The peanut butter and jelly doughnut is brilliant. Such a good idea and the peanut crumbles on top 👌👌👌. I would love to try another sandwich inspired doughnut. Sweet cream cheese outside, smoked salmon puree inside?

Absolutely delicious donuts. Got a salted dulce de leche and they really nailed it. Appropriate amount of salt vs sweet. Great textures and flavors and everything seemed very fresh. Coffee was much better than I expected as well which is a must for any good doughnut place.

I give these doughnuts high marks for creativity and pizzaz, but, other than the toppings, they don't really have that much flavor. Plus, the doughnuts with filling are such a mess to eat, most of it ends up on your plate (and/or lap).

They are also crazy expensive. I understand they're intended to be "gourmet," but I honestly think they're way overpriced.

If you put the creme brûlée with another donut in the same bag when it’s still hot after using the torch, its hot temperature will ruin the other donut. At least let it cool down before you pack or simply pack it in a separate bag.

Cute little place! The doughnut selection is small but the flavors... TO DIE FOR. I had an iced coffee and a creme brulée doughnut. They actually torch the doughnut when you order it, so it has that wonderful creme brulée crunch on top! The coffee was as delicious as the doughnut. Service was fast and very friendly. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I thought it was a bit too pricey. 2 regular coffees and 2 doughnuts came to $14 and change. Ouch! But I will go back for an occasional splurge. I look forward to trying the nutella bacon doughnut next time!

We happened upon their little store that is located on the wharf. It was quite cute and they had a small selection of donuts. We ate the everything bagel donut with cream cheese, strawberry, brown butter, glazed, tiramisu, and the creme brûlée. With the creme brûlée, they brought out the blowtorch and melted the sugar on top!
The only thing that is the issue is that they do not have their new shop listed on google maps.

I had the worst experience at this location. If I could give it zero stars I would. To begin, I visited on a Saturday morning. It was only one person doing everything ( cashier, preparing the orders,etc). There was only 5 people a head of me so I decided to wait. 20 minutes later I was still in the same place in line. I do not recommend this location. They are short staff and unprofessional. The employee at the cashier register was very rude and appeared annoyed with customers. Do not visit this location.

Some of the best doughnuts I've had! Absolutely delicious! Prices are a little on the high side, but the staff was very friendly and the doughnuts were tasty, so it was worth it. I had the nutella smore doughnut and it was great!! Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Very accomadating to nut allergies. I told the owner ahead of time when my boyfriend who is deathly allergic to peanuts came. My boyfriend didn't die! They are careful anyways and take an extra effort to separate them.

Anyways, the selection is great. I'd recommend the showy creme brulee donut or brown sugar donut. Oh, and the smores donut is incredible.
