Sleeping Bird Coffee

First time here with my husband and it was sooo nice and relaxing . The coffee was really good and so was the food . Awesome job!

Spent the morning working in the shop-- latte was delicious, strawberry matcha scone was amazing and left with the chicken-goat cheese salad for lunch. Great experience!

Super yummy! The flavored lattes were flavorful and not too sweet. Not the mention the avocado toast was bomb. Will definitely be back.

Excellent coffee and delicious food! Wonderful to see this food truck grow into a brick and mortar. Highly recommend the biscuits and cinnamon rolls!

Every single thing from the coffee, avocado toast, maple biscuits and more are amazing. Such cute vibes on the inside too. SO happy to have this as a local coffee shop.

The food is great, but I come for the coffee. I don't live in Delaware, but when I'm there I go straight for sleeping bird for my fix.

i was half hungover when i stumbled into this special slice of heaven this afternoon. the salmon bagel was everything. coffee was hot and delicious. by the time i left, i was back to being human. thanks.

I've been told to try Sleeping Bird Coffee for a while now, and I always missed their truck - but now that its a coffee shop, I immediately knew I had to start my week (my work weeks start on tuesdays) with a special treat and check it out.
The vanilla cardamom latte is delicious and their avocado toast!? I never related to the whole "millenials would save more money if they stopped spending it on avocado toast" joke, but boy am I HOOKED on their avocado toast. Absolutely delectable and my taste buds are still dancing!
The coffee shop has very spacious seating too with perfect ambient lighting. Highly recommend if you want to start your morning with a great cuppa coffee and a good book! Cannot wait to come back.
