Sleeping Bird Coffee

Such a great place and a true gem! I wished they had more locations. The menu is superb, they food tastes very good, the baked goods are amazing and everyone who works here are some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a coffee shop.

I'm so happy to be around an adorable coffee shop! They make inhouse syrups to add to coffee that you need to try. Eggs are great too. I'm going to keep going

Quaint little eatery. My wife and I went here for breakfast and noticed a very simplistic menu. We each had the avacado toast and shared a brown butter cream cheese iced cinnamon bun. Both were very good and fresh! My wife said the coffee was okay, and my hot tea was typical. It is a nice spot to try if you have not been. We will be back for breakfast once the menu expands.

Their baked goods are yummy and I appreciate their choice of coffee brew/local bean. When I order their lattes I've found that the flavors aren't as pronounced as I like. I often will opt for an iced latte as the flavors seem to come across better. They are a little pricier than most local cafes and coffee shops and they run out of baked goods rather early (which is frustrating to patrons such as myself).

My 1st visit at Sleeping Bird Coffee. I enjoyed an amazing Lavender & honey coffee with a delicious very fresh bagel and handmade cream cheese today. I resided in NY for many years. My neighbors beneath me was a handmade on site bagel and cream cheese establishment. Which I loved visiting daily. Have not found anything close to it until today at Sleeping Bird Coffee in Wilmington Delaware.Thank you guys for the amazing mid day brunch experience.

I really wish this coffee shop was here when I lived in Wilmington cuz I’d be there all the time. I liked the menu, good prices, prompt service, the decor was super cute too. The service was great - the ladies working there were fun and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the cinnamon buns and coffee, of course. Great atmosphere, and the merch is cute.

Always pleasant and always tasty. I love the seasonal flavors and the ones that are always available. The pastries push boundaries and are delightful.

This place is amazing. Very special things are happening inside these walls beyond coffee.
The best bagel I have eaten, this maple biscuit they make is simple but yet complex , the texture of it , the crispy flakey outter layer tells you the skill whoever makes this , truly has . I'm literally more impressed each time I eat one . The cookies are amazing, the baker is second to none.. I have not been fortunate enough to catch the donuts yet , but I will one day!
Oh wait , how could I forget the bread pudding square, listen the cinnamon bun one was very very good , then I had the French toast 😋 The person who makes this is showing the genius level in which they have achieved ! Each bite was good but once I had the bite with strawberry on top , it was like cullinary magic ! We don't know each other , but we connect through your work , I get you !
