I had a great time there. The French toast was absolutely delicious! 5 stars.

Edit: their new weekend, banana-y French toast is also delicious!

So. Freaking. Cute. I love the local art and the passion of the staff. One of their employees MAKES the macrons! If that's not the intersection of support and community, I don't know what is. Great chill vibe, convenient location, and just a wonderful place. You can tell people like to hang out and study or chat. Also gluten free options are plentiful. Will definitely be returning soon!

I love this place. It is right around the corner from my office. I am usually not a fan of light roasts as a rule. However, the pour over coffee here is great. They also have a manual pull espresso machine which really makes getting an espresso based drink a new experience. Try the French fries!

People say I'm fussy about my coffee. I like fussy coffee!

Decadent coffee, wholesome breakfast. Love love love this spot.

Definitely recommend their folded egg breakfast sandwich

Great coffee offerings. Food is pretty good too. Sometimes hit and miss, but overall above average.

Love their coffee, food, and the fantastic service. Recent price increases have made it difficult to come back though. Regardless, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the ultimate modernist coffeeshop that New Haven deserved. My favorite cafe by a long margin in the city. We got a flat white, a london fog, a Korean banh mi and a breakfast burrito. The coffees and teas are brewed to perfection and the food itself is fresh, creative and incredibly tasty. Best of all is the very affordable price point for all of this ($4.50 for a breakfast burrito? $8 for eggs Benedict? What a steal!). The space is brightly lit, has lots of seating and plentiful free parking around. A hidden gem in the city.

The sweet crepe with nutella is delicious. But the 1 order portion size is tiny and not filling.
You’d have to order 2 and then it’s $16.

Spacious place, clean dining area. Great tea and food.

I didn't know what I should expect going in, but I was pleased. I had just gotten out of work when I visited, and upon entering, I ran to the bathroom realizing that my cotton dam was no longer sufficing and the red wave of agony was starting to flood. I was fortunate that the restroom wasn't occupied and immediately a small shelf caught my eye. I opened one of the drawers and alas, a blessing. A singular tampon. I praised the Fussy Coffee lords as they had given me the one thing I needed more than caffeine. At this point in time, it didn't matter if the beverages and pastries were less than I hoped, they had a tampon. Thus, I praise this facility without room for criticism.
