This is a nice restaurant with very good food. It appears mom was out front and daughter was cooking. They were very nice and food was out quickly even with 10 others in here eating.

Amazing. Best Thai food I’ve had in Colorado

I spent $32 on thai curry, rice, and rangoons. The issue was they served curry (liquid) in a clam shell container which obviously spilled all over the place on the drive home. My car still smells like thai food.

Was coming down from a little get away vacation and came across this Thai restaurant and wanted to try something new, overall the owners where super nice and welcoming and the food was amazing I loved it! We definitely will be coming back if we ever pass through poncha springs again!💚💚

Awesome authentic Thai food. With very reasonable prices. Welcoming and friendly staff. Made me feel like I was family. Delicious and nutritious. Make sure to stop here on your way through Colorado.

Tasty food and really friendly staff! So glad we stopped on our way from crested Butte to Fort Collins!

Two stars for friendly service but I was disappointed with the quality of the food for the price. The Rangoon's were nearly empty and the dough tough and greasy. Really, there was almost nothing inside the wrap. I ate here many years ago and thought the pad Thai was good but it was a bit bland this trip. The other dish we ordered had fried shrimp and veggies. Plenty of good crispy shrimp but I felt that the shrimp were not hand prepared. maybe from a box and the sauce on top might just have been the same sweet Thai sauce I buy from the store. Not a bad dish but felt I could have made the same dish from ready made ingredients I can buy from the grocery store for much less money.

A friend who lived in Thailand for years said this was the most authentic Thai food she had tasted in Colorado. I can't say that, but I can say the couple of times I have been there the food was delicious and the servers were attentive. This last time I had Pad Thai and my family had the Green Curry. The interior isn't much too look at, but who cares? The food hits the spot!

Been to Thailand a few times and this is as authentic as it gets for Colorado!

Thai Mini Café LLC in Poncha Springs came as a complete surprise to us. The food gets a 5 star hands down. Restrooms and dining space are clean and spacious enough for a remote town. The owners came across as pleasant and very hard working people. Driving from Santa Fe to Denver we were desperately looking for anything other than fast food and got lucky to experience tasty, authentic Thai food when we least expected it.
