Not the spiciest Thai food, even when you request it; but aside from that, very good overall flavor and big portions.

Quite possibly the best thai restaurant i have been to in all of colorado! The food is outstanding.

I wanted to stop here for years and finally did. Great food, quirky atmosphere (which is exactly what I'd expect when eating Thai food in the middle of BF Colorado) Everyone was nice, food was great. I'm not Thai, so I'm in no position to call it authentic or not, but I liked it. (sorry, rich white kids who spent a month in Thailand don't count as judges of authenticity)

Great food!! My favorite is the Pad See Ew with tofu, and the egg rolls. The Tom yum is amazing too. Definitely worth trying if you love Thai food. Only
Spot in Chaffee for Thai! The owners are kind and work really hard.

If you want amazing food make a stop here! They are super fast, and if someone in your party doesn't enjoy amazing Thai food, there are American options. Milkshake was a huge plus for the car ride home. Will 100% be returning.

We stopped by Poncha Springs to charge up our Tesla before heading to Great Sand Dunes. There isn't much to see or eat in Poncha Springs. So we were surprised to find this Thai restaurant in this small town. We tried the Tofu Pad Thai for my vegan daughter - she loved it. And my son had the pork dumplings - they were great. We are Asians, and this is legit Asian food. Kudos! The bonus was the extra sanitary precautions. Pens/Credit Cards were all wiped down by the owner with a brand new Clorox wipe before they were handed to me. Amazing!

Updated review: I have been here many times now as I travel through central CO and this has become a go to spot. I've even found myself going out of the way to swing through Poncha because I'm craving good Thai food.The Thai food is delicious! Very fresh and flavorful! The owner is wonderfully friendly. Highly recommend stopping in.

We love this little understated place in the middle of nowhere! Great food, prepared quickly and fresh, pleasant service by the woman who opened this business 36 years ago. If you are in Salida or coming to Monarch, this is a great little place for lunch or dinner. Small selection but the food is very good, love the pad Thai and egg rolls!

We ordered takeout from here tonight because we were starving and it was the most convenient place. I really don’t understand how it is rated so highly. I walked in and the place is filthy. I really considered leaving and not picking up our order. I just stuck with it to give it a chance. I had pad Thai, which I think is a good test meal. It was SO bland. I added a bunch of soy sauce and chili paste for flavor but it was still pretty awful. I dumped 85% of it in the trash. The egg roll was good, but it is kind of hard to go wrong with that. Definitely do not recommend

So impressed with this lady, she is not only the waitress but also the cook. Let me just tell you, she is crushing it. I love Thai food and go on average once a few to eat Thai food and she made some authentic delicious food! Loved her spring rolls.
