I've passed this place many times and always wanted to try. Finally did and was really impressed. Wife and I have both been to Thailand and considered this the best we've had in CO.

Love this place. Wonderfully delicious and authentic food. Generous helpings. Friendly people and reasonably priced. This is a must stop when driving from Denver to Crested Butte :)

My friend said it best. "Authentic Thai with American ingredients". The food was good, not great, but I also understand it hard to source specific ingredients (ex: bamboo shoots) in a small town like this.
The owners are incredible! I highly recommend taking the time to read their story (it's posted on the walls throughout the restaurant).

Fantastic Thai food. The chicken and tofu Pad Thai was spot on (don’t forget the chili sauce)! My wife got green curry and loved it. Super fresh veggies. We LOVE Thai food, and Thai Mini Cafe didn’t disappoint!!

Great food and a large seating area inside, plus take out if needed. Will be back! Ps- if you want spicy, you might have to ask. What we had was exactly spicy. Great place to eat!

A little gem down in poncha springs Colorado. The pad Thai was so amazing and authentic!! Moving from the city to the rural mountains we never thought we’d find Thai this delicious 😋

What an amazing place! The pad kee mao and green curry were excellent. And homemade chili oil!? She'll even make you some if you order in advance. Thai iced coffee was just right as well after a nice spicy meal.

The last place I was expecting amazing pad Thai was at a cross roads in Chaffee county. I was on the fence at first because they have a cheeseburger in the window, but of course you need to offer a cheeseburger around here.
Very clean, very nice family, worth the stop if you’re passing through and don’t want fast food. But they always a cheeseburger for cousin eddy if need be.

Nice Thai restaurant near Monarch Mountain city. Food was tasty and well prepared. Nice host and little art shop to explore/shop too…
Do visit if you are in that area where you don’t get any Thai food easily.
