The new make over and ambience is quite nice! Trendy and pricey. I do miss the couches, yet they have made this a nice place. Drip coffee isn’t how I remember it, 2 stars at most! Starbucks is way better! Service from staff with cleanliness and location are stellar!

Great place for a cup of Joe and a Breakfast Burrito and pastries. Excellent location with beautiful views.

The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was nice. The shop attached to the coffee shop has some great items! The coffee, though not bad, was a little too roasted for my personal taste. I tried the Guatemala and Ethiopian and both were a little dark.

This place serves quality drinks! I love the relaxing trendy atmosphere! Keep it up Root House!

Great vibe at this popular coffee house. Baristas were quick and good, but the coffee is pretty dark roast if you like that sort of thing. The food is tasty, but the portions are very small for the price. Enjoyed sitting there, using the wifi, drawing a sketch, and enjoying my brew and snack with a beautiful view of the hot springs.

Coffee was great. Went back today at 5:40 pm and they said they were closed. The door was open and the posted hours were until 6 pm. I skipped Starbucks to go here and ended up with nothing.

The coffee is awesome and so were the baked goods. The atmosphere was nice. The location was cool too you can sit on the porch and watch the river. Overall great experience!

This coffee house is wonderful! It is so cute and the staff are very friendly! They have decaf espresso which I was thrilled to find! Latte with no caffeine hangover? Yes please! PLUS! They have multiple non-dairy milk alternatives. They also have smoothies with vegan protein powder!! Such a gem to find this shop! Lattes, smoothies, and energy balls (also vegan) were delicious!!!
