Lima is the best coffee in Fort Collins. This new downtown location has an amazing, positive atmosphere that will make any wait for the coffee on a crazy weekend worth it every time. The staff takes time in the busyness to connect with costumers and maintain a good attitude when you would guess the stress is on. Not to mention, Lima coffee is locally roasted by the Lima's who are constantly raising up local businesses, and dedicating their time to make sure the shop and their customers are thriving. Love Coffee, Love people is written in a huge neon sign in the shop, something I think everyone who works there does exceedingly well. I wouldn't want to be in any other shop, I'm so glad they opened a sit down in Old Town!

I’ve been ordering Lima since they only sold beans online. Their old town location is an extension of what I’ve experienced for years. Amazing people and equally amazing coffee.
Expect a small wait for your order and friendly people! Seasonal drinks and evolving coffee menu. Can’t go wrong.

Great place to sit down, relax, and enjoy some great coffee. Whether you go to spend some quality time with your friends or maybe just to sit down and work on your computer, you'll enjoy your time here. The aesthetics are very soothing and it's always a great vibe! The owners and staff are always friendly and charismatic. 5 STAR review all day!

I've known about this place since I first moved to fort Collins and they were still at the foothills mall for a while! I didn't find any coffee places that really wowed me or had my preference on how my coffee was made. Trying the peppermint mocha for the first time there was honestly the best choice I ever made. Since that day I've been a regular and then the location in old town opened! (Which is literally the cutest thing by the way) I would 100% reccomend this place (and I have on multiple occasions) for your perfect cup of coffee :)

I went here for the first time this weekend and it literally took the staff 15 minutes to pour a to-go drip coffee order. I've never seen a crew work so slowly. Just go to Mugs across the street instead, even if the line is out the door there - it'll be faster. The Lima coffee tasted great, admittedly. But no coffee is worth that kind of wait.

Super chill slot filled with people of the younger adult demographic. The service here is great and the atmosphere is nice to chill around if you have the time.

Good coffee, long waits. Came here on Saturday late morning and waited nearly 30 mins for two Americanos. Nice space and tasty coffee

*EDITED* Added 1 more star due to the shop owner's professional and timely response!
Probably the best Wi-Fi out of any coffee shop in FoCo! Love the decor & vibes, too. Plus the GF options are plentiful. Had to take off 2 stars because they are frequently out of their staples - such as cold brew or their avo toast. It’s happened too many times to chalk it up to accidents in prep or planning (literally every week!). Hoping they can figure out their demand / supply soon so I can become more of a regular.

The best coffee shop in town! Such a cozy vibe & amazing staff!

The pour-over of the Ethiopian Guji was quite tasty, but the drip was rather unimpressive. I appreciate that they don’t shortchange you on coffee, but I don’t know what kind of ounces they’re using because we ordered a 12oz, and it was more like 20oz. They were rather busy, but the three staff were really falling behind. They forgot about our pour-over and our friend’s tea. It’s a nice space, and the company has great potential, but they’re still growing.
