Very busy and loud environment. I also did not care for the drinks or espresso. I dont think the matcha is sweetened which is fine but the peppermint flavoring I thought it was a weird mix of flavoring. Love the thought of coffee flights though and the little market they have is amazing!

A really cute location for some coffee and getting some work done..it seems quite busy with lots of people. But good seating. I tried one of their seasonal drinks and it was delicious!

This place is so cute! The interior design is splendid and cozy. The coffee and baked goods are so delicious. Especially their seasonal items! The service is also friendly and quick despite how busy the place usually is. Only reason it's a 4 star for me is the fact that I often come in to find a single person taking up a table for 4 with their things. But what coffee place doesn't...

Yikes. Not sure if it was just a bad day or what, we got the holiday drink flight and there’s no other way to put it, it was awful. The drinks tasted nothing like their names, the gingerbread upside down latte was like drinking a candle. Not a hint of cardamom in the cardamom dark chocolate latte. We couldn’t get ourselves to have more than a sip or 2 of each. We got a cortado and peppermint matcha to try. The cortado was fine, the matcha was bad. Very bummed. Atmosphere is cool though.

short story, definitely go here. After 6 visits I can safely say Lima offers balanced roasts, inspired lattes recipes (sweet), well executed cappuccinos, a bright and modern interior, locally sourced pastries (croissants are quite good), and adorable lil latte flights. there are several good offerings in downtown Fort Collins, all with lovely owners. espresso execution is noteworthy here

This coffee shop is the cutest and the baristas are genuine and kind! I ordered an americano not knowing how strong it would be 😂 and they kindly switched it out for a matcha. Thank you! And the aesthetic is 10/10. A fun, upbeat place to be! ❤️

I bet their other drinks a good, but don't order an Americano if you want invigorating coffee taste.
I was in there twice ordering a 12oz and a 16oz Americano respectively. The first time I was disappointed by the lack of flavor in general. The second time I was seriously considering if they've given me a tea instead of the coffee.
IDK what they do wrong as the Barista looked as if she knew what she was doing. Okay, I have an idea: DONT offer a 16oz Americano if you're not willing to put four shots (i.e. 60+g of beans in it). Even the 12 oz seems wrong. I'd not do more than 10oz with a double shot...
Secondly, get (make) a nice espresso blend and for God's sake, start adding a few robista beans! My 16oz Americano had nothing of the crema left.

Nothing super spectacular about the coffee or treats, but they’re still quite tasty.
The space is very hip and upscale. There is a sense of it being more of a workspace rather than a cozy coffee shop. Wifi is provided and the password is posted in a visible area. The space can get pretty busy with a lot of movement. Plenty of various seating options for different preferences, both with and without tables. Lots of plants. They have a little gift shop/merch area, which was so cute.
Accessibility:
Lighting and noise - Music is a little loud for conversation. Lighting is very nice, lots of natural light from the windows and warm lights throughout. The space could get pretty loud due to a lack of sound absorbing surfaces.
Mobility - Level, solid floors. The door is a little heavy and doesn’t have an accessible button to be opened. Moving around the space could get a little tight for a wheelchair user, but the main bar to order is accessible.
Diet- Vegetarian options are obvious, alternative mills are offered. They have food made in-house and pre-packaged foods.
Other - Two gender-neutral bathrooms that are both ADA accessible and have changing tables.

Don't order the "nitro" cold brew. I was excited that Lima was the only coffee shop in Old Town with cold brew on nitro; but every time I've ordered it it's come out as a normal cold brew. The first time they gave me a free coffee because it wasn't right, the last two times they just said it wasn't working after charging me and pouring the coffee. I would still recommend their coffee beans; but I won't be ordering in store anymore. There are too many other options.

Very noisy. Hard for old folks to talk. Better for individual yuppies working on their laptop with their earbuds. Pastries are expensive. And their espresso is very mediocre.
