Hands down this place made me one of the best Americanos I have had this year. I was disappointed they do not have a traditional or espresso macchiato on the menu. However, I do believe had any of the staff known how to make one I would have walked out of there with one of the best macchiatos - and I will try my luck again. The croissant was undercooked so I’m not recommending pastries but definitely a cup of coffee worth coming in for.

Lack of basic barista knowledge. Let pulled espresso sit while taking orders, then pulled more through it before serving it.

This is a great local coffee spot. It used to be a Starbucks, but True Blue Coffee is a lot better.

The coffee, gelato, and food are all excellent! The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Every bit of attention was put in to this coffee shop, from what they serve to how the shop is designed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about what they were serving. We happened to have the chance to meet the owner and we’re very impressed with his philosophy about designing the restaurant and making the best menu possible. And to top it all off he gave me a free mug. When we are in the area, we will be back. (For what it is worth, my husband absolutely loved the affagato, served with their own gelato, he has been doing nothing but rave about it!).

CARELESS OWNERSHIP (but nice staff) -- While working on the outside patio around 5pm today, the owner came up from behind me and, without warning, started hosing the hanging plants directly above me. I, along with my laptop, were doused. When I turned around in astonishment, he said nothing. He just kept watering the other plants--with the hose still on full blast. I immediately packed up my belongings. Before I left, I asked how he was affiliated with the coffee shop, and he said he was "Graham," the owner. So, although the other staff were friendly and accommodating, given Graham's lack of consideration or efforts to even warn me or ask me to move (which I happily would have done), I won't patronize this place again. There are so many other great coffee spots in Summit County with friendlier owners.

Really impressed by this relatively new shop. Alison and Ariel obviously know how to run a business, and the food and drink are amazing. I was impressed by the barista who made my drink. The drink was great and his attitude was friendly and upbeat. The food smelled amazing on my last visit, and of course the gelato is the best. The place was busy but cozy! Already in my top 3 coffee shops in the county.

Darling place, fabulous coffee and blueberry scones. Amazing Macarons… especially the chocolate. Fabulous Australian owner Graham. Will go there often!!

Consistent/delicious coffee + BEST vegan ice cream! (We had the vanilla honeycomb)

Adorable ambiance. Great for a pick me up on our way through the mountains.

I’ve been here 3 times now and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is very cozy and friendly. Every staff interaction has been very pleasant. The coffee is always hot and delicious. The gelato is perfect! Next time I will try a soup in a bread bowl.
