I was looking forward to eating at Paradise Cafe. It was a toss up between Paradise Cafe and another nearby cafe. We were warmly greeted by the lovely hostess and seated within 10 minutes. Not bad for a packed place. The menu had a variety of options and the price was not bad. Unfortunately, the above were the only good part of our quick visit.
Out of all the travels and places I've been to, the food and service was ok. I was looking forward to, if not homemade or made from scratch, at least a good tasty breakfast. It startwd with a glass that was dirty (lipstick smudge on several places of the cup.) I ordered breakfast. The eggs and hashbrowns were fine. You shouldn't go wrong with making those. However, the sausage and biscuits were not good at all to put it nicely. The biscuit was cold, the gravy was clumpy, luke warm, and VERY salty. I could force myself to eat it, but after the second bite, I stopped. I informed the waitress that my food was salty, that I couldn't eat it, and asked if they happen to have another batch because it was too salty to eat. Her response? "No, I do not believe we so." The Engliah muffin was burnt, so she was asked if we could get one lightly toasted. Again, our request was not met. We received an English muffin that was barely warm and not even toasted with some butter in the center. The photo shows it was not even lightly toasted. It may have only been warmed because the butter was thoroughly melted. When she came back by she apologized for the biscuits and gravy... but failed to offer an alternative to fix the problem. I'm not one to ask for a free me, but I did withheld my normal high tip.

Got take out to eat on the drive home. Picked the breakfast sandwich for simplicity’s sake. Blandest, lamest thing I’ve ever had, would’ve been great to have some sauce or at least some salt and pepper. As a vegetarian I asked for an extra egg INSTEAD of the meat that is usually on the sandwich and they upcharged me $1.50 which was disappointing and kind of an old-fashioned way of thinking. The bread seemed store bought so I don’t really know what makes the sandwich cost $6 (not including the extra egg). The coffee and chai were quite good though!

Paradise was ok. It was very busy so I know it’s a local’s favorite for a Sunday morning breakfast. The prices were really good, which was a pleasant surprise for a mountain town. The waitress was very busy and seemed annoyed with our large party. She misunderstood 2 of our orders and brought them out incorrectly. But she didn’t charge us extra for the bacon. My potatoes were slightly undercooked but the other potato orders were reported as tasting fine.

Nice atmosphere with delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and the price wasn't bad especially considering that it's in a resort town

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the stars! The biscuits and gravy were quite possibly the best I’ve every had. The biscuits were soft and warm the potatoes were great. And the over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. They also had a great selection of Mexican dishes. The bar service was wonderful. We split a chai tea which could have used a bit more chai spice. They had bloody Marys that looked fantastic...we will be back!

Tasty Sonara burrito and delicious biscuits and gravy! Their prices are average for Crested Butte (~$30 for two breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy and a $4 drink).
Service was definitely slower (it took a while to order). However, it was a fairly busy Monday morning, so I definitely won't take stars off for that. =)

There likely will be a wait, and I agree with the other comments that charging extra for eggs in a burrito is silly and that other items they charge extra for should already be included with the plate. I was satisfied with the breakfast sandwich I got though, and my dad ordered the eggs benedict which he really enjoyed and said was probably the best meal he had here in town.

Little slice of Americana diner nestled in a re-modeled early 1900’s building. Big menu with a variety of options, including plentiful choices for vegetarians. Food was ok, not horrible but not as good as other reviews I read. Entirely possible I came on an off day but rated it based on my visit. Full coffee and alcohol menu as well.

Incredible experience. Staff is on point, cool vibe, and the food...so great. The Eggs Paradise and Cinnamonster are a must.

Great blend of food, service, and value! Also, nice view of the mountain if you sit near the windows.
