Paradise Cafe

The food was delicious, staff was friendly. But the wait was wayyy longer than originally quoted. We were quoted an hour, and then didn’t get sat until almost 45 minutes later. After waiting 105 minutes, we had to wait even longer for the server to greet us, and then she forgot an item that we wanted as an appetizer.

Again, would recommend the food as it was amazing. But don’t be in a rush!

Friendly service, great food and an incredible view. We go here every couple weeks and we have never been disappointed.

Apparently they don’t allow dogs on a patio. Why would you have out door seating and not allow dogs. We waited 10 minutes to be seated outside when 7 tables were empty to be told dogs aren’t allowed and need to be outside.

We had breakfast here recently and it was so good! I had Eggs Benedict with ham. The ham and hollandaise sauce were both wonderful. It was one of the best I've ever had and I order it a lot. Our server was attentive and cheerful.

Wowzers! This place was definitely worth the hour wait!! We started with a Cinnamon Roll, that was the BEST cinnamon roll we’ve ever had! So fresh, soft and plentiful of the frosting! The drinks were great and couldn’t get enough of our breakfast items! Service was excellent!!

Delicious lunch. I had the cream of mushroom soup with half of a BLT sandwich. Hubby had the patty melt. Will definitely return to try breakfast. Highly recommend.

I had heard people rave about this place. I was never able to go since they have very limited hours. Finally after coming to cb all my life, almost 40 years, I finally got there when this place was open. I went with excitement and left not completely disappointed but I don't think I will go back. The server told us nothing is homemade. When I asked her reaction was like duh, they don't make anything homemade. Wow! I had huevos rancheros and it was the smallest dish I had ever seen. I thought the back country Cafe in gunnison had the smallest I had seen but this one topped it. It came out super fast, which showed that the server was not lying.

Good looking and tasting food, however they do not have enough help for service and my family and I had to wait over an hour instead of 45 minutes (which was told to us as the wait time in the first place) and we were skipped over on the list. They need to hire more people so if you need a restaurant job in Crested Butte then this is your place to apply.

Paradise Cafe is a small spot so it can be tough to get a table, but if you can get in then it is well worth the wait. The Sonora, Migas, and Cinnamonster are all awesome. There is no better spot for breakfast in Crested Butte than looking up at the Butte from the Paradise Cafe patio on a cool summer morning.
