They usually do a great espresso drink, roast has a good flavour profile. Definitely worth a stop in, plus their food is fresh and tasty. However, should note that they only have QR code menus - good system, order for your table and pay is all online. Cool

I was in charge of providing a birthday surprise for one of my co-workers today. His favorite food is cinnamon rolls. I reached out to a FB group and heard about R&R Coffee and Cafe so I messaged them. The owner got back to me quickly and was willing to throw together a batch for me to pick up early in the morning on my way to work. When I arrived, the service was friendly and fast. My cinnamon rolls were hat and waiting, and I was able to still make it to work early.
I am kicking myself for not having taken a photo. They were huge, so buttery, sweet and perfectly cooked with a little crispy-ness on top and nothing but moist deliciousness the rest of the way through. The cream cheese frosting was to die for. 10 out of 10 I’ll order again!
Thank you R&R for going the extra mile to earn a new and loyal customer! I’ll recommend you to everyone I can!

Owner is a complete scumbag. Food is disgusting. Ryan harasses customers and his employees. Do not support this trash business unless you think it’s reasonable to support Ryan, the owner, who blames his employees for his “starving children.” The man is abusive, psychotic, and a terrible recipe crafter.
If you enjoy watching an overgrown toddler throw chairs at his staff while you eat flavorless-straight-from-the-freezer cuisine, you’re probably one of the people leaving a five star review for this travesty. Check back for the owners certain upcoming David Berkowitz inspired response!
The funniest thing about his response, is that he finds it safest to assume he knows me, or act as though he knows exactly who I am. He admits through his response to throwing chairs at people and blaming employees for his starving children. Is this despot the “man” you want preparing food for you and your loved ones? The toxicity and purposeful harassment of the restaurant owner creates an environment that old Black Forest residents seem to live for, since there is a loyal set of customers who drink coffee all day, giving Ryan the impression he’s a successful entrepreneur.
For anyone else, the environment of abuse, harassment, and negativity is the perfect reason to skip R and R for ANYTHING else.

First time here, and I was NOT disappointed. Such a cute little space. What a lovely set up and atmosphere. Coffee is amazing and food is definitely delicious. You will not regret stopping by. Staff is so welcoming and easy going. The orders take a little extra time but not much, because everything is timed and cooked perfectly. The cashier was a sweetie pie. :)

Was disappointed in the service the moment we arrived. No one acknowledged us until we tracked someone down after being passed several times by workers. Food took awhile, ok, good food takes time and love, food arrived and it was cold like it had been sitting there for awhile or maybe wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Coffee was good. But will not be returning due to the poor customer service and cold food.

To start off when I first wrote my review I was hopeful for a change in the company. I now see based off the reply I got from the owner I will 100 percent never be returning here. A business owner should take responsibility and try to make the situation right. Not make excuses. I noticed five different people behind the register. Not 2. When I finally did get my food 2 HOURS later there was no apology or even an acknowledgment from the worker. If I am spending over $50 for food a customer shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours and get the food and drinks in waves so you can’t enjoy them together. Falcons McDonald’s customer service is 1000 times better then this place and that’s not saying much.
