Love supporting local businesses. I've been coming here for years. Friendly service, delicious food, quaint atmosphere. Love the book book corner a well as the forest/mountain mural on the wall in the dining area. Delicious coffee (roasted on site) and plenty of breakfast and lunch options

Saw the great ratings and looked forward to a great breakfast. The food was not even close to decent. Bacon had an old, nearly-rancid taste. The cinnamon rolls weren’t risen or fully cooked - flat and kinda raw. There’s no way the French onion soup was fresh or made in—house - it had this murky gray color to it. The breakfast burrito was covered in some weird gray slop. Breakfast sandwich was tasty. People working there were nice, if stressed out, and the service was good and friendly, but this is not a place we’ll visit again.

We have loved coming to R&R for years but after our experience yesterday, we unfortunately won't be coming back any time soon. The staff were very unfriendly, not interested in helping and seemed like we were inconveniencing them when asking for simple things like silverware to eat our meal that we never were given. My meal was also terrible - it was missing 2 of the ingredients it should have had according to the menu, the biscuit was hard as a rock and the béchamel sauce was thick and clumpy. When I took it back up to talk to someone about it, I was met with blank stares. I am so disappointed as this used to be one of our favorite hidden gems.

Came here for my first time. Ordered and paid for green chili, just to be told after the fact that they were out. Then ordered an omelette instead and they completely forgot about me, didn’t even make it. I got a refund and will never go back. Never thought I’d leave a restaurant hungry from having not eaten. To be honest, if you guys are short staffed… the way you’re going about it is not working.

A smidge pricey but the Bob's breakfast sandwich and caramel coffee were delicious. Service was excellent and friendly. It was super cute inside. I actually hate saying this because I loved it so much, but the uhpolstry could use a redo. It's looking pretty worn in places and not in a good way. I would highly recommend with that one caveat.

Customer service here is severely lacking. No one was rude, but there is just NO information shared. This was my husband and I’s first visit where we sat down to eat. I had to ask if we seat ourselves. I had to ask for syrup and ketchup. My husband ordered unlimited coffee, but we weren’t told that we could refill at the front. We didn’t see the refill station until we were waiting for a coffee that I ordered. We waited for that coffee for 22 minutes. The barista saw us waiting… We were never asked “Are you waiting on something?” “What’s the name on your order?” Nothing to indicate our wait. And then, after waiting 22 minutes, my order was wrong. I understand that you’re short-staffed and can’t run things like you want, but acknowledging customers and letting them know simple things about the restaurant doesn’t require extra staff.
