Thought this would be a great coffee shop with all the good reviews but was so disappointing. Service staff was rude when simply asked for help identifying the coffees they just made…and rude again when we asked for a coffee tray and just shoved it at us like he was so put out to even be there. The lattes tasted like flavored milk-very weak, avocado toast was so bland and couldn’t even get salt to liven it up as their containers were empty and the cost for 3 lattes and 2 toast choices came to $50! I know this is Aspen and they are paying for the great location but no thanks. Not worth half that for the bad service and the bad coffee.

Cute coffee shop. Price? Not so cute. $30 for a tiny portion of avocado toast and a weak matcha latte and you walk out hungry. Not cool.

The coffee was good. The cronuts were great. The bagels were average and extremely overpriced - $12 for a bagel and cream cheese.

Amazing pastries and coffee. Tea is spot on, their homemade chai is awesome

Truthfully the best coffee spot in town! All the staff is always so smiley. And the coffee is bomb. Shoutout to Anja and Brandon who made my overall experience that much better. Thanks!!

The service was terrible. The cashier rung up our order wrong and when we finally got the correct breakfast item it had a fuzzy from someone’s sweater in it or I think it was a fuzzy it could have been something else all I know is that it was furry and did not belong in my bagel. To top it off I’m sure the shots of espresso were bad because they tasted bitter. The entire experience was awful and I regret starting my morning off at this coffee place.

Having just gotten into Aspen, I found myself looking for a coffee shop to perk myself up a bit. After wandering around a little I found this place and it is exactly what I was hoping to find.
The decor and the vibe really drew me in. All of the staff greeted me with smiles and seemed to truly enjoy being there.
At the end of my stay in Aspen, I went in for 1 more coffee and breakfast and ended up chatting with one of the partners. She was happy to tell me and my group the background of the place and was very welcoming.
Overall, it was a great experience. The coffee was great and priced well, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Seemingly beautiful cafe from the outside. The interior was fine, the female girl on til was so kind and helpful, the male barista was full of attitude and made me feel uncomfortable for even being there while he made and handed over my tea. He is sitting on the counters blatantly not interested in helping further. When I asked for honey he didn’t get down from his throne to get it he told his (friend?) who was behind the counter to get it for him, to give to me.
We tried three tables all are wobbly, none of the plug outlets work, the wifi doesn’t work (female til girl will help you if you ask for the wifi), and it’s not very well kept clean. I don’t know what other cafes are in Aspen but I probably will try somewhere else mostly because of the barista here.

I work in the Specialty Grade Coffee business and I believe this place is absurdly priced, low quality, and adds an 18% gratuity for a huge lack of service. Would not recommend.

Used to love this place. Food quality has decreased substantially, barista attitude has increased substantially.. fixed 18% service charge for a place with literally no service being provided (stand and wait to
take your food from the counter, bus your own table, etc.)
