Glad I found this place while I was in town. Great vibe inside, and the menu is outstanding! Not a full menu restaurant, but an epic coffee cafe with amazing eats. I had the Forbidden Rice Pudding and a flat white. The bowl was so dynamic in flavors (savory and sweet) and the coffee was done right - milk was heated as it should be. Definitely recommend Local Coffee over the other places that serve coffee in town, and give a go to something on the food menu. Enjoy!!!

There was quite a line but it was worth the wait. Great coffee and breakfast. Nice little area to sit outside too. I would go back on my next visit to Aspen. A little pricey but what isn't expensive in Aspen?

Extremely overpriced!
I got 2 doughnuts and a latte and paid $30, yeah, I know its Aspen, but you can get a great lunch for that price. They automatically add 20% gratuities and there is no option to opt out, like really for putting the doughnuts on a plate? What kind of service did you provide? All the tables were dirty, with crumbs, looks like the stuff doesn't care at all. The barista guy was sitting on the counter on his phone, he could clean all the tables for those tips. All their furniture is miss matched, like they got it from the thrift store.Never again!

I normally love getting the burrata, but they didn’t have that so I decided to get a quiche instead. They didn’t offer to warm it up (this was on a 15 degree Fahrenheit morning), and one of the employees was sitting on the counter where food and drinks were placed. There was two people working and two people in the store. Both were a bit rude and didn’t seem to care about being there. Try Spring Street Cafe instead.

I visit daily. Staff is super kind. Baked goods outstanding. Premium coffee and other drinks. Highly recommended for your Aspen routine. Dog treats at the counter!

I just ate the yummiest pistachio cake EVER, I love the co-working vibe, and always meet amazing humans, especially at the intellectually enlivening and community connecting event series. Owner Michaela Carpenter-Olson & her family are true community servants who has become a close friends.

My favorite local spot as a local.... coffee is delish and easy to get with their new grab and go system. Warm atmosphere, friendly peeps, super convenient! The new chef is amazing!

Great coffee, affordable eats and community space.
The new model at Local/HereHouse puts community gathering first. You can grab coffee on-the-go coffee or sign up for the new membership program that includes free coffee and fun programming almost daily - Après, trivia, live music, speakers, and more. Here House is Aspen's living room.

Kind of a weird vibe when i was in, but the Banana Bread and the Bagle Breakfast Sandwich are both amazing. I didn't care for their Roast of Espresso.

We came here twice and loved how dog friendly it was. We were able to work, study and sit with our pups without issue. Would def come back. Coffee was good.
