Local Coffee House

What a charming place. We had breakfast there, and it was both delicious and fresh! We thoroughly enjoyed our lazy holiday morning there. The day after, my son realized he forgot his little stuff animal there. We called. Not only they kept it for us but offered to ship it to our home for free. What a warm and thoughtful gesture! From the vibe to food to people - everything is beautiful at this place.

The Local is a truly one of a kind place--remarkable service -- I'm a music student at the AMFS and they treat me like family! They take great lengths to serve their food and drinks with extra care--best latte in Aspen hands down. I recommend Local to anyone who wants actually good coffee, breakfast, and treats from people who truly care about their craft and their customers. Bravo, Local!

Excellent coffee and bagels. They know what they are doing. Staff also super friendly. There always seems to be a line but it moves very quickly so don't get turned away by it!

Great local coffee shop. Hidden back a bit off the sidewalk. Their drip coffee and espresso drinks are very good and their baked goods are great. The avocado toast with a poached egg was the perfect breakfast for me.

Love this coffee shop. The employees are so friendly and are always smiling. They even put out fur skins and blankets on the outside chairs for your comfort. I thought the coffee was very tasty and I didn't eat anything but the food looked and smelled delicious.

Was warned not to add a shot of espresso to their cold brew because they "didn't dilute it like other places". It was tasty, but I wish I added the shot because it wasn't that strong. The space is amazingly pleasant and the food coming out looked bomb. Would have been five stars if I wasn't strayed from my need for more caffeine.

So last time I got breakfast burrito it was very small and dry. Today I ordered small coffee and a bagel and this cashier guy charged me extra 6$. I asked for what and he said that it’s his tip he added to himself. I am not coming here again.

They have removed most of the indoor seating in favor of a table full of products no local would ever buy. Used to enjoy the community table. Outside seating gets no sun and is pretty cold this time of year. Coffee was average but lukewarm, service was typical bored, apathetic resort attitude. This place used to be excellent but is going downhill quickly.

barista was very friendly and accommodating. latte flavor was very good. staff was efficient and friendly.
