Great service. Coffee was pretty darn good but not in the upper tiers if the best imo. Cool little spot.

The mocha is delicious, they make their own chocolate ganache, and it is not too sweet. The yogurt bowl was also delicious. Also, the barista remembered our drinks after we only came for one day.

This is why I don't like adding a tip at checkout before I get food and sevice.

Yes. Just saying that I had to give up on your second try to bring me crispy hashbrown potatoes (note the word "brown" after the word "hash"). I appreciated the efforts on the crispy bacon, but a little too much enthusiasm I suppose, as the two strips came chard. And why do you need to ask for butter? Oh, and yeah, ketchup? Ketchup would be swell. Green salsa as a substitute...not a fan.

Best of luck to your establishment. I am guessing that you all are doing just fine financially. But ketchup ain't that expensive. And maybe an American style lesson or two on orders for your counter dudes. Kind regards.

This used to be one of the best coffee shops + breakfast — they ruined it by turning it into members only. A bummer for Aspen.

A great little coffee shop with really stellar vibes that are what you’d expect from a coffee shop. What made Local stick out was the lovely staff, especially Anja who made a phenomenal latte with fantastic designs in the milk! The breakfast sandwich is BIG and very tasty.

Local is the best known 'secret' gem of Aspen. So many good things packed into such a cozy little nook of a space. The staff are always super friendly, often filling the air with laughter and banter, as they buzz about serving clients, treating everyone like they're a well-known school chum.
Healthy and tasty beverages, snacks and meals abound, even for this picky vegan.
Highly recommended!

What a laid back spot that has everything from a quick cup of coffee to a meal. Best coffee I’ve been able to find in Aspen. Really friendly staph. Plus a fun atmosphere

I have been going here since it started a few years ago, and absolutely still love their coffee, staff, and food. Not only does Local have incredible food and drinks, they have the cutest little shop with unique items for the home, for gifts, and to treat yourself if you're a foodie. One of the most outstanding things about Local Coffee is that they take very good care of their employees which is apparent in the positive attitudes, fun atmosphere, and delicious drinks and food. Owners who truly care are hard to find in the food industry in Aspen, so Local is a gem. This is a must visit if you're visiting Aspen.
