Look Nescafe if you are going to hire teenagers to operate you're store front then expect them not to do thier jobs unless a manager is watching them constantly. This is to l the corporate side hopefully your see this and fix the problem. This is not helping you're brand name and business.

The staff here wok hard and are very professional. Great cookies too.

Good smoothies. I wish they had more non coffee/caffeinated options. Smoothies were the only option. Would have loved a hot chocolate or frappuccino.

Had cookies and ice cream here. Ice cream tasted of freezer burn. Cookies were also not great.

I’ve seen more personality in a slug than the little Asian girl working the front. Didn’t get greeted or anything.
