Great American Cookies

It's -4C outside. No one wants to be outside, and yet this place insists on keeping it's doors, literally, wide open. When asked if the doors could closed, we were told no. We ordered a few cookies and asked them to be warmed, but they ended up still cold.

Staff was nice and friendly. We got a scoop of rocky road, a Fiesta brownie and cookie sandwich.

They have Wi-Fi and the 3 kids of the staff members didn't know the password, such a non proffesional people...

Good ice cream and great cookies. Walk in and make your selection. Waffle cones and cake cones. We had missed tracks, 2 dips.

You’ll pay $9 for a cup of milky half-blended ice cream in a cup no taller than your iPhone (milkshake). Charged for toppings but somehow they never made it into the shake. The associate lacked basic communication skills. I would have had the shake corrected if it wasn’t understaffed with a line out the door. Poor worker was overwhelmed.

Nestle, Be better. Hire more people. Offer more value to your customers. Thank goodness your ice cream is delicious.

The brownies are amazing!!!!!! I'm glad I gave this place a second chance. The cookies? Not so much, but the brownies are well worth it!

The cookies were so delicious, we tried the peanut butter and triple chocolate but the brownie was not as good as I expected. A little hard around the sides. The drinks were SOOO sweet overall worth a trip. Walk in with mask on, order, take your order out the door.

The girls answered my questions and they were friendly and funny. My mocha is delicious!

Mmmm...the smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies makes me feel like a little kid. Here at Nestlé you can build your own cookie sundae or your own ice cream cookie sandwich.

Fun place to stop into for a quick hot chocolate or a sugary treat, but it's nothing amazing or mind blowing. The turtle mocha I tried was fine, but it tasted like it was from a package, and the walnut chocolate chip cookie seemed day old. My friend said the hot chocolate was okay, but nothing remarkable. Probably better just stopping into the Starbucks across the street. The staff was very friendly and nice though, so A+ to them!
