Peet's Coffee

Quite place for a coffee place this crowded. Nice smiles. Communities get formed here. Great local repeat clientbase. Keep an eye out, you would find the same people at the same time of the day enjoying with friends. So, say hello and you will hear it back the next visit. If someone is loud, you will see one of them will walk over and ask to keep it down, it's not the workers. They hv nostalgic tables outside. Still a typical nice peets!

even tho I've been to this locale once. I am going to have to say it's my favorite. The guys working there are super nice and gave me a great suggestion to reduce the amount of sugar in the green tea fog latte but still have it taste good :)

it's also huge inside!

the barista was also super nice. filled my water bottle with a smile.

and when it was closing time and I had lost track of time working on my resume and was the last one there. the barista was super courteous in letting me know that they were already closed. I guess I appreciated it because I had the opposite experience at the Peets in Cupertino on Stevens Creek - 25 min before closing they were aggressively spraying the Windex everywhere and putting the chairs on the table. i was seated at a shared long table area. and he put a chair on both sides of me on the table...I was wedged between two heavy stools. omg. the guy shouted several times "we are closing in 20, 15, 10!"

then he tapped me on the shoulder personally in a loud voice "Hey, we are closing!"

This is my go-to meet up spot with people. The staff are friendly and I always enjoy my hot chocolate with whipped cream.

I've been coming to this Peet's location in Saratoga for almost 3 years. The staff is always welcoming and will try to remember your name. There was a time when I was coming in for my morning coffees 7 days a week. My coffee would be ready to pick up by the time I paid. A clear indication of how great Peet's Coffee is, is that there's always a full house. The coffee is hot and always fresh, mine never had a bitter taste.

It's not uncommon to run into someone you know from the neighborhood as well. As long as I live in Saratoga I will continue to buy my coffees from here!

Regular Peet's franchise store. Spacious, with Covid protocol. Friendly staff. Selections of coffee beans less than prior to Covid.

Nice and quiet place to study/work, especially in the afternoons as it is very less crowded. There's plenty of space and the beautiful landscaping adds to the serene mood.

Pretty bad customer service. Baristas are rude and clueless. Covid does not give them a right to take our money and give such poor service. Much better when Evan was a SM here. Hopeless service, forget orders. Rude Baristas

Hey, it's Peets, dependable, clean, positive, good energy, great place to get an amazing cup of coffee, any variation on coffee, tea and even food items. We love Peet's and come here when possible.

This location has plenty of space to sit to meet with friends or coworkers. This smaller plaza has a mellow atmosphere and outside are trees that make it a social yet comfortable experience.

Ppet's Coffee & Tea in Saratoga is my favorite coffee shop in the area! They have a large inside and outside seating area, so people like to come, order coffee and sit around to chat. The only thing that is annoying is how many people sit in the store for hours on end with their laptops.

The laptop users tend to take up all the tables and there is normally just one person per table.
