I'm from Seattle and so obviously a bit of a coffee snob, and this place is awesome! The coffee and servers are awesome, I love the decor and they have a very beautiful little garden out back. I unfortunately haven't tried the food there, but if it's like everything else I am sure it is spot on!

Im only giving it 4 due to drip coffee, its great but not the best. However, this place deserves all the praise it can get. I come in at night and am never disapointed by staff, atmosphere, and the coffee itself. The espresso is a little acidic but I personally prefer that. Each person here has individual technique that makes even the same drink wonderful each time. I highly reccomend coming here, especially at night.

This is such a cute little place! It truly captivates SLO's personality: quaint, charming, and hidden away for only the lucky folks to find! Also, the delicious coffee and occasional live music makes the place even better! Make sure to check out the cute outside area in the back (bonus points if it's at night)!

The best coffee shop in SLO. The coffees and teas and other blended drinks are delicious and prepared with care. The food sometimes takes awhile to make, but is always delicious. Out back is a delightful garden area that is peaceful and enjoyable all times of day including the night time. Local art is also displayed.

I can't get enough of their cold brew. Their mochas and ambrosia (flavored hot milk) are also amazing.
The whole place has the vibe of your grandmother's humble home, if your grandmother is an eccentric art collector, who makes the best vegetarian waffles, cookies, scones, and other pastries. She doesn't forget that your friends have dietary restrictions, so your grandmother makes some gluten free and vegan treats for when other guests visit.
However, as much as I love the ambiance, I have to deduct a star for limited seating (since the party is bumping at your grandmother's house) and the tiny-ness of the tables. It's a small place, so she's working with what she has, especially with the outdoor seating.
All in all, a cozy cafe with modern vibes. Highly recommended if you can get a seat.

Coffee is great and staff is friendly. Not a 5 star due to the time it took from order to receive food. The staff continues to take more orders and make coffee as the food takes the back burner. If time is not a concern this is a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

This place has the best coffee. My favorite is the Mexicano. It's so good and instantaneously puts me in a great mood. This is a definite locals hang out.

In my opinion, Linnea's definitely the best cold brew in town. Since its a little hidden it tends to be less busy but the backyard greenery is beautiful. I'd highly recommend going at least once.

The coffee is good and its never packed in there, thats why we come. Otherwise the seating is minimal and the music/artists they have can be loud and annoying. We like to bring a board game and hang out on the back patio.

I fell in love with the cozy patio, then realized: this good feeling was not reciprocated! This is my 4th visit, and every time I order I wonder 'what just happened'. The other customers are very nice, but the staff is exceptionally unfriendly, unhelpful and have not once smiled. After 4 visits, this cannot be coincidence. I will not be back!!
