Mostra Coffee

Came here while visiting from Florida on a friend's recommendation. I'm a big craft beer fan and had heard about some of the collaborations they've done. I was really impressed with their display of coffee and beer.

The staff was very friendly and informative on the menu and coffee beans available to go. They took time to answer some questions about their brewing process and how everything works.

I really look forward to coming back when I'm in town.

I ordered a couple of bags of coffee, and they didn’t show up. Luckily, Nick sent a fresh package no questions asked and included an extra bag for the trouble. And boy howdy it was worth the wait because this is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Mostra is very different from your average coffee company. They don't have a hipster coffee shop. Its just a small business space in Carmel mountain. But they make the most of it. It is worth your time to check them out.

These guys specialize in cold-brew coffee, but you can also visit them during specific hours to get a pour-over, or a latte. I'm particularly a fan of the collaborations they do with local brewers.

Hip decor, and even better coffee. Their creative cold brew flavors are definitely the secret sauce!! So delicious.

I got the creme Brule latte, it was delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting.

Probably the biggest, freshest chocolate croissant I've ever seen(with three instead of the usual 2 chocolate stripes inside) and I really enjoyed the indie, boho vibe. I can't wait until it's safe again to sip a cup of coffee from here inside of one of the cute little reading nooks all over the edges of the store.

Small shop in industrial area but I hear they are about to open a retail shop. The people there were super friendly. Had one of those shot creations and it was good but man it was strong. To be fair he did warn me but I wanted to try it out. Flavors were delicious. They have samples of some their coffees available and I was able to try some out. Which helped and the beans they roast there are so full of flavors.
They were serving some pastries and they were so amazing. They said they are from another bakery and they are the only ones who resale for them, it was ah-mazing! Can't say enough great things about our visit.

Great coffee. Now located by Home Depot with lots of seating.

They support bringing your own coffee cup and gave me $0.25 off. That's better than Starbucks $0.10 off. Also, they gave me positive feedback and said "actually we think it's great if you bring your own cup".

Great local coffee place. This place is very well known as the supplier of coffee for many of the local breweries coffee flavored beers. They have great coffee in the usual modern varieties. They also have Growlers that you can fill with cold brew to go. In addition to great coffee they also have great service. A great place to stop at on the way to work to get your morning started right.
