I stopped by to get a cup of drip med-roast coffee. I stood inline for 10 min and another 10 min to be told they're out of med roast. I was in a hurry so agreed to take light roast coffee instead. I drove away after 20 min and took a drink and then coffee was sweetened; I wanted it black. They may make fancy looking lattes but can't manage drip coffee.

Cold brew brought me here. Samples made me go the next day. They sell growlers of great cold brew coffee (why isn't this a more popular thing elsewhere). They give out samples with friendly service. The place has a good atmosphere but isn't relying on being hip to make up for its coffee because it doesn't need to. Great selection to choose from and one of the few places to get a nitro cold brew.

One of the best coffee shops you'll find in town. Prices are around those you'd expect from a chain but the quality and pairing of the drinks are far more superb. None of their coffee is too bitter nor too sweet and their combinations are well balanced for a coffee lover or someone who is used to more creamer in their cup.
Either way, it's worth coming into Monstra before queuing up at your local chain coffee shop.

Love this coffee place! They really take their time making each order. The vibe is really nice too.

My first time trying coffee with Filipino flavors. I tried the bibingka creme brulee latte. I hesitated seeing "creme brulee" thinking it'd make my coffee too sweet. But this was very nice coffee with hints of coconut. I would come back and try their other specialty drinks I don't see anywhere else.

Great coffee and the cookie, chocolate chip. Walnut, coconut. Amazing!

Great cold brew coffee and great service in a small space. I understand why the brewers use their coffee to make the best beer in San Diego. I made amazing ice cream for The Craft Churn using "one Brazillion coconuts"!

Coffee doesn't get much better than this. Whether you just need a shot to pick you up, or a creative Campfire Latte to carry you through the morning, Mostra has you covered. Friendly, knowledgeable staff make this a great place to learn more about the coffee you are drinking.

Customer Service: Amazing
Vibes: lots of them
Drinks: Ordered the Jack-O-latte, brought it back, tasted like soup. Got the honey lavender also not great, tasted too strongly like soap with a bitter aftertaste.

Good coffee and ambience. Went early in the morning and was quiet.
