Better Buzz Coffee Pacific Beach West

Outstanding!!! This was by far, The BEST visit I've had at Better Buzz, and if more businesses would display the level of kindness and consideration, we would live in a Better buzzy world. I was greeted with a warm smile, patience for mine & my dog's very specialized order, and departed with the most sweetest compliments from the manager saying I was the kindest person ever to come through Better Buzz. We live in a world of chaos and confusion, often disregarding kindness & compassion to one another. Kindness is a value not to be taken for granted yet seems to be less and less of, like "turning signal fluid". I live in North Park where there are at least 2 other Better Buzz stores within a mile from me, but I enjoy going the distance to this location in Pacific Beach, specifically because of the exemplary customer care I receive, every time. Better Buzz at PB West, truly deserves a Mayor's award for surpassing the minimum expectation of delivering the best service, highest quality food, and warm atmosphere. It is businesses like this, who standout from your average business and set the bar high for a customer's exceptional experience.

I got the normal Best Drink ice blended with an add shot and it was made even better than usual...and the usual is pretty good. Service was great and atmosphere even better! Open air seating in PB...and they even have swings for seating.

nice place. plenty of space, doesn't feel crowded. natural lighting. cool w AC inside.
good service. self-service water provided. coffee was good. bathrooms clean, need bathroom code.
lots of people come to hangout and study/work. couple outlets inside. WiFi was terrible. and saw some people go up to complain too. maybe it was just that day?
I would come back cuz the place is nice. if you're lucky to find a seat.

Although this local coffeehouse chain has been quite loved by the locals, I didn’t find it much overwhelming. I visited this location for setting my office for a few hours. However, the wifi was so bad, that I had to went out without finishing the work. This place has some cute corners to sit and chat, or sit with a book, but was not very good for heavy office work! The coffee was kinda basic, so was the muffin. I ate a muffin and a cheesy danish, and nothing was overwhelming.

Coffee was okay, I need to give it another chance to try something different though. Got a hazelnut latte and it tasted very artificial.

The Moroccan Spice was good on the first couple sips but then turned bland.

Yummy stop in P.B.! LOVE the attention to detail and thought that has gone into the design and decor of each Better Buzzed location...... we loved the hanging swing daybeds @ this spot! The whip on top? Their drinks are unique and tasty 😋

I'm very sad to have to write this review but quality at Better Buzz quality has completely gone down hill over the past 2 years. Out of the last 10 times I have gone, only two of the times I have been satisfied with my drink. When I first started going to Better Buzz, you could always count on getting a good drink however these days it seems like a shot in the dark. Today I spent $18 for two smoothies and they were both undrinkable (see attached photo). Hopefully Better Buzz can get their quality control together because I truly want them to succeed but I am tired of spending an arm and a leg for inconsistent drinks.

I have only been to one other Better Buzz location and the coffee was fabulous!
Yesterday I had to drive to Pacific Beach for work and decided to try a new-to-me location, and make a cute little video.
The service was great, it had a great atmosphere, and the coffee was again, fabulous!!
I look forward to stopping in again soon, as it is a lot closer to my office than I expected.

I had the "Best Coffee Ever" here recently and got great service. The atmosphere is beautiful here and an amazing layout. The coffee was so perfectly creamy. I got the Chicken Pesto Sandwhich and the Caprese Sandwhich and they were both to die for. Highly recommend coming here. It never lets me down. They even have little chair swings outside. Outside seating as well as plenty inside. A great, peaceful study or work spot as well.

It’s so good I went here twice in one day. I ordered their iced coconut buzz with a shot of caramel and it tasted like a Samoa cookie. Their açaí bowls are huge and they taste amazing. Staff was super friendly and everything was clean. My aunt got me their vanilla powder mix to take home and I love it. Wish I had a Better Buzz here in KS (no, there is nothing in KS)!
