Better Buzz Coffee Pacific Beach West

I really love the coconut buzz here It's so sweet and creamy and the breakfast sandwiches are pretty decent however the iced coffee tastes like dog s***. Seriously McDonald's iced coffee and a gas station iced coffee tastes better than whatever I had today for the first time. All I did was get iced coffee with two sweetener pumps and almond milk and somehow it was the worst iced coffee I had in my entire life. Not sure if the ingredients were contaminated or expired but just letting you people know.

Enrique, Tano and the other guy were very helpful, the recommendation Enrique made was great!

Modern chic atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good spot to catch up with a friend or pull the computer out to do some work. Only reason it didn't get a 5 was because the service was a bit slow. Great spot though.

Love this place. The best drink ever is my favorite. We try to come here at least once a week.

Croissants are 100% stale. Coffee is better than Starbucks and if you need a frappuccino you will be pleasantly surprised how much better the coffee is than Starbucks. However, if you are more of a 3rd wave coffee person, this falls short in taste and vibe. It has that conjoined corporation feel. Also, I would guess they source all of their baked goods from a bakery that makes them no sooner than a full day before.

Had the mocha buzz - would not recommend. Consistency was awful and the chocolate was overpowering. Will not be going back - better off at Starbucks

This place was great! The coffee was delicious and the workers were nice and welcoming. The whole experience was great. The woman working offered a treat to my dog and he absolutely loved it. So thank you!

We texted then called DoorDash and they said it's up to Better Buzz since they handle the payment side. *The ordering site is Better Buzz branded and through their website, with delivery by Door Dash.

I called Better Buzz again this morning, and the gal was friendlier and said her boss would call me back. She did and said the issue is with Door Dash. Since they remember preparing each item in our order.

I said "it sounds like I'm stuck with the issue of having paid for something that wasn't delivered". She said "yes probably".

I have happily overlooked several little hiccups over the past 16-17 months and consistently tipped well. These kinds of issues (where businesses don't even try to make it right) leave a sour taste in my mouth.

They have a drive through.
Business is good.
Empathy is absent.
Creativity to make it right is lacking.
I'm not thrilled with our local coffee shop.

At the same time, I think #doordash, #grubhub and #postmates provide consistently terrible service at innane prices.

The "best drink ever" is delicious but a little sweet so prepare yourself. Took off a star because the music was so loud we had to shout to order (there were only 3 other people there).

Amazing coffee shop serving Acai Bowls, Breakfast Sandwiches & Avacado Toast along side. Great Nitro Cold Brew in tap. Great atmosphere and staff. On famous Garnet St. in the heart of PB (Pacific Beach). I love this place!!
