Better Buzz Coffee Pacific Beach West

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. Great coffee, friendly people. Awesome environment with patio seating on inside/outside. Love this coffee shop.

If you're going for an industrial look and atmosphere with acoustics that amplify the loud music to club level, this is your place. I only stayed because the rain washed me away outside, and I desperately wanted coffee and comfort food. However, I ordered a choc chip cookie and got macadamia, cranberry and choc instead - they didn't even ask, and I didn't notice till my first bite. When I approached them about it, they said it was the last with chocolate and then turned away from me... I chose to face the deluge again rather soon. After all, they only have to-go cups anyway.

I wanted to like this place, the brand etc, but too many times, today included, I come in and get a coldbrew for almost $10 and it taste like watery dirt. Like McDonald's drip dumped on ice, but more watery. Done, never going back.

Well woke up early to find this place open. Great place and friendly help but the coffee taste like chemicals. I’m a coffee enthusiast and know what I like. I’m sure it’s like rum and Coke! Add stuff to the coffee to make it taste better.

Great coffee & this location had great customer service. I make this location my go to every time. If you’re in the San Diego area stop by here & get the Best Coffee Ever…

I love coffee, like love! The darker the better. Honestly, Better Buzz has the best coffee I have ever tasted in my life. So good!!

Super friendly service and fast!! Surprising because guy was operating drive through also! Bathroom was worth stopping in rather than the gas station. We only came to town to visit the Buffalo exchange across the street! Also got to try muffins!! Highly recommended!! Best ever!

Great vibes, amazing coffee, and get their blended drinks. Always friendly and nice! This place is has a really well designed interior and exterior lounge areas. This place get busy so make sure you come early.

Love the coffee but paid for a full caprese sandwich and I opened it to just ONE tiny tomato split for the whole sandwich. Definitely don’t order the food. Update - Better Buzz ghosted and never answered my email that they suggested to send. I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Really wanted to like this place since it was such a beautiful space! Unfortunately their drip coffee was probably some of the worst I've ever had. Homemade Folgers would've been better... Which says a lot. Don't get too excited, and don't assume the trendy atmosphere assures good coffee.
