The tacos were great! The bowls are good. I love the chicken pot pie!

Thanksgiving coffee's Beaujolais Blend perfectly prepared. Amazing toast made from freshly made breads. Super tasty and healthy menu items. I had a breakfast bowl that was prepared perfectly. I rarely get to eat well executed food at a restaurant in this town, but someone here knows what they're doing and it is good. Very good.

Delicious apple pie. Chicken pot pie soup was also good. Jerk chicken rice bowl could be more spicy. Parking can be tricky

First visit, ordered pickup and was great service, friendly, great in and out. Food was very tasty and fresh. My only objection was the amount of meat on my sandwich for price. Very skimpy. Come on guys. I'm a regular at a shop real close, and they don't hold back.

Best French dip sandwich I've ever had anywhere. Nice ambiance and decor. Outside water misters for muggy summer days. If I happen to be passing through Redding at the right time I'm stopping for a meal.

The food is pretty good, but ordering online is impossible with the lousy vendor they chose to process orders and payment. My wife and I have both tried ordering going through a poorly designed expanding menu system only to have the vendor claim it can’t authenticate the credit card.
It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to place an order and the payment system should be able to process payments.
This is not the first time we’ve encountered this problem, but today will be the last.

This was my first visit to From the Hearth. I ordered two items, a French Dip and a Cobb Salad. I ordered online and picked it up myself. It was ready and bagged before I arrived. Great. First the French Dip. What? No AU JUS! Bummer. The roll was soft and fresh. The sliced beef extremely dry! The Aioli had no garlic flavor, plain. I had to add, from my refrigerator, mayo, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, just so I could enjoy my sandwich! Serious, if I wanted a cold Beef sandwich I would have ordered one! French fries were really good but no ketchup packs, not in the bag nor in pick up area, so you can grab for yourself. Unfortunately I was out of ketchup. The Cobb Salad was fresh and delicious, with the exception of a small detail. The Bacon was not crumbled. It was large half strips of bacon, not properly chopped. I would say some employee training in the proper execution of your product is needed. My visit was on 8/9/2020.

We enjoy this restaurant"s offerings. There are several items on the menu we order often. I recently tried their tacos. Very good. Three small beef tacos. They had two other options, besides the beef. Have always enjoyed the food here, whether breakfast or lunch.

It's aight... for Redding. Interior is a bit sterile. I see they're aiming for the Portland look, but it's just bland. The food is okay, just nothing special for the price. My drink was "ok", just very basic with no flare. This place didn't wow me.

Loved their Mango Smoothie. Would come back for it again.
