From The Hearth Kitchen and Pie Shop - Market St

Downtown Redding has came alive since last time I was here. The food was delicious and tofu is an option!!!! Wonderful sidewalk seating as well as a large indoor seating area. Super nice people and excellent food. That’s a review! Get over here

Pastrami bowl is delicious, but I’m pretty agitated they didn’t think to include a to-go knife and napkins. The pastrami is very obviously too big to eat without cutting, and without a knife this becomes very messy. I’m eating this on the way to work, napkins were crucial. Only reason I’m not giving this a 3-star experience is because I like the food and the ambience but I’m pretty annoyed

The Hearth on Market Street in Redding California is always a good go to place. It's great for ordering ahead and picking up. The prices have gone up but they have not reduced the portions.

This place will forever be one of my favorite places to eat! The best food! Great environment. The coffee is amazing! The prices are beyond fair! Trust me you won’t regret eating here with your family and friends. Plus they give back to their community!

Umami Burger and BBQ Burger were excellent. My baby had kids teriyaki and it was tasty too! Haha Fries were nice and crispy but needed more garlic to be “garlic fries.”

Overall would come back if in the area!

This was there first time I was here.
Finding parking isn't easy. The prices were extreme I first believed yet the food was excellent and the service was good as well. The tables on the other hand were dirty. My friend and I had as to sit at the bar area because the tables were filthy and all around the garbages. Yet if you want hospitality and great food, even though spendy this is the place.
My recommendation is definitely order from here yet order your food to go!

Consistently a great place, love the atmosphere and environment both in sun and rain, it has a cozy feel. Great place to go for lunch or dinner if you want something that's consistently good and has great choices! I've enjoyed every single menu item I've tried here. However 3 stars are just because it's undeniable that portions have unfortunately decreased while prices have increased over the last few years.

Bacon cheeseburger 🍔 with side of fries and a tropical smoothie. Food was great, my only thing was the salt level was unmistakably noticeable. I do believe it may have been bc of the addition of bacon, giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I usually visit the drive thru in Shasta Lake but I happened to be downtown and wander in here. This is such a cute shop. It smelled amazing when I walked in which is a plus lol. I got my usual iced caramel macchiato and added a croissant. Such a good decision. They have ample outdoor seating as well which was nice. The staff was super friendly, my cashier was training and she did an amazing job explaining everything to the person she was training. I will definitely go back when I am in the area.
