From The Hearth Kitchen and Pie Shop - Market St

Went in tonight with my husband. Ordered a gluten free bun for my burger (gluten sensitive here)... was served a regular bun. I didn't notice until I took a bite and realized my bun was identical to my husband's. We had to send it back and wait for another burger. To be fair, a very nice gentleman that worked there came over and apologized, gave me a gift card for the amount of my burger (extra charge for a gf bun, extra charge for a meat-free patty) and they remade my order. I appreciated that gesture a lot. But then my food came out somewhat cold (the bun was cold as if it had been pulled from the refrigerator and my Beyond patty was cold in the center.) I hate to complain, but... it was disappointing. My husband enjoyed his burger and his garlic fries, but he felt the portions were small for the price. I have to agree. This is the second time that we have been a bit disappointed with this location's food. Maybe we'll just stick to the drinks.

Love this place, the waffles so yummy my favorite sit area is by the fireplace.

My burger wasnt cooked well, one side a had a sear on the patty the other side was probably down for a few seconds so the patty was only warm. Basically paid $18 for fries since the burger wasnt up to par

Ordered a fiesta wrap which was supposed to have chicken in it. As I was eating it realized it didn’t have any chicken in it like it was supposed to. Called them and was told the manager would call me the next day. Never got a call. Feel ripped off for paying for a meal that didn’t have a main ingredient.

I've had lunch here countless times and the food in the last couple months has gotten so bad that I'm actually spending the time to write a bad review... its sad honestly...and I will NOT be returning! Microwaving chicken until its steaming hot and chewy is just unacceptable! It was bad enough removing the sides from the entrees, only to squeeze the consumer for a few extra bucks to complete the meal, but producing horrible tasting food has pushed me away for good! thanks for nothing

100% MICROWAVED! DENY IT ALL YOU WANT! I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE ABOUT IT!

The French fries are 5/5 stars and so special! They have a wonderful texture on the outside (kind of like onion rings) and are perfectly soft on the inside. I also got the Seared Ahi Bowl with brown rice, which was more like 3/5 stars. The texture of the ahi was all wrong / weirdly mushy, but the rest of the dish was quite delicious - just be prepared for moderately high spice level. Overall, I was really happy with my meal and I would go back and try more dishes!

Terrible service - good food.
We have an increasingly bad experience here - they are very good at saying “sorry about....” and bad resolving it. Make sure your order is correct if you pick it up - and be ready to wait if you order online or in person. I do not recommend ordering through their online delivery platform - go with DoorDash or something Else - they (the hearth) will not compensate or resolve wrong orders - door dash will refund you fully (because they have a great customer service plan.) just a heads up
