Always friendly staff. Great coffee and tea and their variety of bread selections and seasonal drinks are amazing.

Go for coffee! Very tasty spot easy to get to with a large seating area. Plenty of bread and toast options to choose for breakfast

I work at a coffee establishment. I was always upset when people would say that our coffee tasted burnt. But I just had a latte from here and...they’re right. Our coffee does taste burnt.
The taste of their espresso and milk is subtle and light. At first it’s milky and you’re like “where’s the coffee?” But then, there’s the coffee.
And when crafted, the milk is poured right up to the rim of their nondescript, recyclable cups without spilling...how do they do that?
Why can’t I do that?
Lastly their sweet bread

Cranberry walnut bread and a cappuccino--great breakfast at Brot!

Cool place. Their menu is all kinds if toast and fixings, it's a good idea. Tasty coffee but it's too caffeinated. It gave me the jitters for hours. Affordable. Good place but I don't know if I'll be back.

Wow do I like their coffee and breads.
I like this place. They are so Un-Starbucks.
Their coffee does not taste like it was brewed in old tires or in charcoal. It's clean and smooth and rich. Go there and you will post how much you like it.

Brot Coffee went 3 for 3! My family fought over the cinnamon rolls (need to buy more next time); the barista/cashier took an interest in my day, even spelling my name correctly (all ten letters without even asking); and the iced white chocolate mocha latte was the best I ever had (I don’t want to go anywhere else)!

I like to come in every Friday for a mid day treat, a kühl coffee (which is a Starbucks Frappuccino but with much better coffee and not cloyingly sweet). Seems to be where the kool Chapman students hangout so that’s also a plus I guess

Maybe it’s because it’s cold and rainy outside, but MAN did this place hit the spot. I got a hot cocoa and rosemary & garlic bread with butter. The hot cocoa is made with actual chocolate, and you can tell. The bread is to die for, and served with kerigold butter. Mhmmm. Heaven. I also got to sip the hot chai latte, also super delicious!
The owner, Adrian, is also pleasant and informative. He shared some of his background and the beginnings of the cafe. Super interesting and great to know that the owner is so in touch with his customers and product. I’m not a local anymore, but if I were, I’d go back all the time.

Brot is a treat for your soul. Great coffee and yummy avocado toast with fresh homemade bread. The squaw is my fave!! Such friendly employees too!
