BEST cafe coffee shop. Old school community focus with loyal regulars and excellent customer service. Monthly special gourmet offerings and my fav the "E A.T." toast make this spot a go-to for breakfast and lunch. Locally owned and run.

This is my favorite coffee shop! I love a good cup of black coffee, and I haven't had better than Brot. I also buy their coffee beans and make my own coffee at home with a french press, and that does not disappoint.
This review would not be complete without mentioning the amazing staff at Brot. Every single person who works there is so warm and friendly. They are like a family, and all of their customer interactions are so welcoming. I truly appreciate every experience I have here (which is a lot, since I can't seem to stay away).

Cappuccino tasted of cigarettes. kinda liked it— not what i want in a cappuccino though. Wish it was creamier and dare i say the espresso tasted like drip. waited way too long of a time for the EAT toast (not sure if correct name, cant find on menu) and was extremely disappointed to see it was some chopped avocados sliced egg and only 4 tomato slices. everything fell off after one bite. wish everything was chopped and the avocados not haphazardly thrown on. bread was A1 and best part of toast. it was much tastier than it looked but i could spend less than 8 dollars on a even tastier and easier bagel sammy elsewhere. ive heard good things about other items so im willing to give it another chance on a blue moon. great atmosphere and friendly baristas though thats why 2 stars and not 1.

Brot Coffee drinks are so good, and I heard that the cinnamon toast is delicious too. We'll try that on our next visit!

Great coffee shop with great tasting bread/toast. They’re coffee is very smooth. I enjoy getting their ice blended coffees! Mocha or cafe are both great. They also have matcha powder and an unsweetened option as well! Would recommend!

Who would have thought you could do so much with toast? I had the sourdough with Irish butter and avocado... It was pretty good! I'll definitely be back.

The cappuccino machine was down and the choices of coffee drinks were very limited.

Best espresso I’ve had so far in California. It’s can be a risky move to order espresso straight but a fantastic shot will keep me coming back!

I get there right when they open (6 am)! I love the masala chai and occasionally a slice of cinnamon bread with butter
