Peet's Coffee

Was clean and very quiet time..was raining out. I bought a Revive Probiotic in a can...needed water type drink. Delicious. Did some business and it worked out perfectly.

The establishment was clean, and the staff was friendly.
Good variety of seating from cushion benches and interior tables to exterior tables with umbrellas.
I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with extra espresso; it was sweet and strong.
No complaints. I did notice trashes were almost full, but before I finished my coffee, they were emptied. The two batista were working well together and addressing the store's needs.
Note that there isn't a large variety of retail coffee/tea gear.
I will come back for sure.

I came by to grab a tea latte on my way to grab a bus while tunning morning errands and not only was the stuff working helpful, kind and friendly but they were so lovely despite a not too kind rush of customers. I left an extra tip because they deserved it for putting up with the gruff crowd. 👏 Plus, what a fantastic beverage!

Customer Service isn't good at all. They take really long time to prepare your drinks. They are so rude to be talking between them instead of taking your order. Then they put the pastries away 15 min or more before closing. Also they don't warm up anything in their microwave because they already cleaned it up. Aren't they supposed to do it after closing?? 😠

Great little coffee shop,always packed so don’t expect to get your drink in a hurry. Coffee is strong if ya like that, but my Son said Starbucks Is better. I’ll return for my coffee every now and again when I need something different in my life, but if your going with kiddos,stick to Starbucks and they are located in more convenient places as well.

If it weren't for the tiny parking lot; that they have to share with the Yoga Studio, I would give them 5 Stars! The coffee is always fresh and yummy, the specialty drinks are perfect about 97% of the time, the staff are always A+, friendly, courteous, efficient, -really nice folks! This is my favorite coffee shop! It isn't as easy to walk to as their old location, which I preferred, but glad their new location can serve the commuters better. :) Oh, and their pastries are always fresh. Yum, yum! ;)

Okay, I must admit I am an SB loyal but I cheated. This place is conveniently located across the street from my store and I was needing a pick me up and had their peppermint mocha. I enjoyed watching customers sitting around all at ease, place was clean, line although long went fast. The most impressive thing was their mochas!!! Delicious!!!! Not too sweet, hint of mint, and hit that spot!!

Peets Novato has not had a good manager for years, and sometimes it just goes to the toilet. The inconsistency of the drinks is high - I would ask 50% for a re-do but I’m not in the store to ask for a do-over. And the store is not equipped to handle a rush: 31 minutes for an order from the App today....

Great service😊 Everyone is so nice and friendly. Coffee is always good and I have tried alot of their drinks, they also let you add anything you would like without a problem. The only thing is the parking something that can't be helped due to a yoga place next door. Other then that, this Peets is a great place to get your daily dose of coffee!
