Fairly helpful personnel, a little cliquish, but nothing a little self confidence can't break through, to make it your coffee 'home base' . It's understandable considering how many people are just moving through, because of the nearby bus stop.
In other words, I got the coffee I ordered, I was not either encouraged nor discouraged to stay. Business done and done.
Points off mainly for being slightly unwelcoming and grubby restrooms on more than one occasion.

This peet's has been my go-to ever since. I really enjoy the chill environment and the employees seem genuinely happy to be there. I've always gotten exactly what I wanted, if not even more. I'll be coming back, that's for sure!

Lovely place tho meet up ogre to simply catch up on reading over a cup of coffee. They offer magazines like the New Yorker, Sunset and Yale. Wow!. Very nice staff of folks.

Friendly local staff make this a great Peet's to visit. What would make it perfect? Peet's should've faught harder to keep their parking spots when YogaWorks shoved its way into Novato. The parking lot is a zoo most days and NYC would be hard pressed to compete with the gridlock. Also, what's with the air conditioner cranking out 50degree artic air all day? Gluten free pastry options would be a plus
All in all, great spot.

My favorite. No more Starbucks for me. Especially since they were sold to Nestle. Nestle has been getting H2O from the San Bernardino National Forest on an expired contract. During the drought their actions were almost criminal. F##k Nestle.

Bigger than Starbucks. Less people, and a library like atmosphere. The staff is amazing. The patio is big. I'm impressed. That ain't easy.
