Went on 12/1/2018 and was blown away by how beautiful the Turkish Delight is.
I've only had Turkish Delight in Athens, Greece and it was garbage, commercial stuff with no flavour. We sampled a piece of sour raisin stuffed with hazelnut paste Turkish Delight - HOLY MOLY. It tasted amazing.
I've made baklava many times at home, but never with pistachios. This is one place that you can get many different types of baklava in case someone isn't a fan of walnuts.
Staff is very friendly and nice, but the prices are so steep, I have a feeling they're going to price themselves out of business. Everything is $39.95 per pound! I assumed it was $39.95 per tray, which would be more reasonable. I understand that rent must be high, but the very nice owner, Wail, gave us the previous customer's 2 pieces of baklava for free, because the customer walked out when he was told it was $17!!! $17 for 2 small triangles of baklava is insanity.
I really hope they reconsider their prices because I'd like to see them stay in business. Selling volume makes money!

This awesome shoppe was a fantastic and friendly place with truly incredible treats. I purchased many different kinds of Turkish delights and baklava. All of them are delectable treats! I had a wonderful talk with Melissa... teşekkür ederim for teaching me about Turkey and your language! A beautiful little treasure on Cannery Row.

Amazing Reception and probably the best Turkish Delights (Desserts) I have tasted so far.

Oh. My. Goodness!!! This shop is a tasty delight! I have never had authentic Turkish delight, so we had to try. It was so good we came back the next day! The staff was so willing to answer questions and help make choices. Be sure to try the coffee....so good!! We will come again on our next visit! :)

I bought a full tray of Baklava but they charged me for the weight of the metal tray $228.54 for this one tray

What a delightful and unique coffee and desert place on the Cannery Row among a bunch of generic franchises with no personality.

Never had Turkish desserts before. They are interesting. Pretty good. Very expensive. The coffee is very strong. The owner is rude tho. The 5 stars are for the unique and tasty treats. Actual no star for owner and establishment

Seen this place driving by. Came in and I felt at home. Being an Azari my self, I had to take a shot of Turkish Coffee. I was the most amazing experience. It hit the spot. I felt like i’m in heaven. Had to buy a whole container of coffee. They got all type of Turkish pastries, specially the one with saffron on it.

The owner is the sweetest person I have ever met. We got there today with my MIL to drink coffee. The owner asked if we were mommies and literally spoiled us and my daughter once we said yes ( it was mother's day). We got to try the and the most delicious baklava and Turkish candies! Go if you want to spend some quality time and eat some delicious treats!
