Troya Turkish Delight & Baklava

Twice with friends when I went here we felt like we got scammed. We unwittingly try some samples we’re offered and often the shopkeeper will start picking what goes in our boxes without us providing any direction, and then he’ll hand us a big bill. The sweets taste fine but the experience felt predatory.

The Turkish coffee was average, however the sweets were tasty but way overpriced.

Delicious confections and wonderfully friendly staff. If you go in with the thought of spending very little money be warned you will want to buy up everything you try!

Only had a shot of coffee, managed to resist the treats although they looked very good! Large selection of Delights and baklava, and also a selection of flavors of coffee.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and we sat at a small table on the sidewalk watching the tourists go by. We will be back!

The Tiramisu is delicious. Has coconut but not flakey!

This place is so beautiful , good location, very authentic decor and unique Turkish coffee and desserts.

Extremely rude staff (the women - who seems to be siblings or all from the same family).

We wanted to try Turkish coffee and the lady was cleaning the counters. I asked of they were open and she responded with her back towards us.

Overall, no one says hi when you enter, no one says thank you, and if you say thank you no one responds.

The general mood in the store is very clumsy.

Would not go again to spend a dime there.

Trip through Canary Row the shop caught my eye. First time trying Turkish delight. Staff was friendly, provided description advice and samples (very delicious). Glad they also have a website to order from. Will make for an enjoyable gift.

The staff was incredibly helpful, polite and patient. Even with crowds gathering around and window shopping, they answer your questions with kindness. The shop is beautifully decorated and of course the flavors are out of this world delicious. Baklava was rich but not saturated or soggy. Turkish delights were soft and fresh, not tacky or stale. I regret not getting their coffee, highly recommend if you're in the area ❤️
