Their orange cranberry muffin was soo delicious. Definitely must try. Also their croissant, very flaky and tasty. But, got disappointed with latte. They said they don't have cups and served in to-go cups which is okay. But, the latte was really light and didn't have coffee aroma. Previous times I had visited, their latte used to be good - maybe depends on the day. I prefer their redwood city location for latte as they are consistently excellent. Also, getting a seat inside during the weekend is impossible. Most people work there and occupy entire table - when we visited we saw one person per table with their laptops even if it was a four seater. Maybe they could change this seating policy.

Beautiful modern, woody with metal, coffee shop design! The ambiance and spaciousness is worth coming to this coffee shop alone!
I got the avocado toast. It wasn’t particularly different taste from other avocado toast out there, but still was well put together, and over a very thick bread. Avocado toast was ~8+.
Edited review: monday 2:50pm no seats inside! Waited 15min for bar table. When gets cold, may be a problem.

The lattes are great, especially the one called “home for the holidays”. I normally like avocado toast but prefer sourdough bread and different toppings so it wasn’t for me, but lattes are great.

Good coffee spot overall. They have a selection of pastries and baked goods in addition to hot food and even beer/wine. Good atmosphere in the shop and i see a lot of people working there. The coffee is good though there’s often a wait. Only wish they had more savory pastry options.

Went here because I like Coffeebar in Truckee.
Coffee is very good but not better than most high end coffee places. Coffee (brewed and beans) and especially pastry prices are very high. Higher than in Truckee, but seem high even for peninsula.
Would come back mainly for atmosphere (although I like the atmosphere of the Truckee location better) especially the background music which I find much better than most places.

Service is pretty good, though they ignored specifics about our orders today, like how we wanted to drink “for here” in a mug but we got disposable cups instead, to our disappointment. Very cool spot, great ambience and coffee, mediocre food. Unfortunately too popular, so it’s really hard to get seats. Wish the upstairs was additional seating, it’s such a lovely place to study or chat.

Best coffee of Menlo Park, I wouldn't say the same about the pastries although they are pretty good. I love the ambient as well, I'd suggest to leave the music a little lower, a lot of times we have call and conversations, so music can get a little in the way.

Good coffee, nice atmosphere. Food is waayyy overpriced---have never seen such a sad looking veggie breakfast burrito before ...

Good ambiance and vibe. Only frustrating thing: 5pm means you need to be done with your coffee 15 min before. Apparently 5pm is when their employees get off work, so they need to clean up before (they should probably adjust their hours to reflect this).

First time visiting and I was blown away by the amazing space and how large and accommodating it felt to come to this place. Tried a pour over in a personal cup and my friend tried their seasonal chocolate mocha. Both were tasty and well prepared.
Off street parking is abundant and seems to be shared with a few businesses. WiFi was a bit slow and am not sure if it was just because of the crowd was there. Coffeebar was quite full of people, but my friend and I were able to find a spot. There’s a lot of seating but many people were either studying or families hanging out. There are tables dedicated to all kind of experiences from sofa like seating to coffee shop seating to large study tables and booths too.
Coffeebar also had some food selection but due to the hours, I wasn’t able to try some of their dishes. You pay a premium for the location and ambiance through the food and coffee, but is what you expect to enjoy this place. Recommended esp. for a good convo or to hang out and read or study.
Update. Still as cool of a space but definitely packed in the afternoon. I think many know of this place and so lots of people show up. Recommended.
