Could be more organized. Arrived at this location for dine-in on a Sunday morning around 11am. The ordering process was easy, however it was hard to find a place to sit. The coffee pickup counter was over crowded, people bumping into each other, people entering asking if I was standing in line! The food which was told will be brought to table did not arrive! food was called out at the same counter as coffee, handed out in containers, had to cut through using feeble (reusable) forks which break! coffee took a long time and was handed out in paper cups! NOT GOOD first time experience. The food options were good, coffee/latte could be a bit more better. The place definitely could improved a lot on service, have a manager on the floor, install overhead signs for ordering, pickup,..

The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Just a little cold and away from transport. And bad about food. The coffees and drink cocktails are very nice. There are also souvenirs such as t-shirts and mugs.

Ample indoor seatings, great vibe. We ordered avocado toast and latte, love the multi grain toast and the coffee tastes good

Really cool vibe cafe who carry their own roasted beans. They do vertical sourcing from farmer to consumer. Lots of outdoor seating and open windows that ensure air flow for indoor seating.
Got a 12oz latte and it was unfortunately a tad colder than standard. Will check back another time for round 2. They also carry pastries and giant chocolate chip cookie. Giant - like 8-inch cookie 🍪

Absurdly slow putting together orders. Not worth the wait when it is busy. Need a second machine and a bit more urgency from the people walking around behind the counter making their own drinks vs customer orders.

Place order online and store pick up which is convenient during pandemic. They will put your drinks outside on a table when it is completed but I don’t like it. Their espresso blend coffee is great for making latte at home.

This is what downtown Menlo Park needed! Friendly service and the drinks are great! It's within walking distance for me and my girl who loves her matcha with oat milk. Only thing is that the lines are always long in the morning but they move pretty quickly. It's expected because the place is awesome!

Nice looking, spacious, darkish, but quite loud. Ng for studying. View of street and parking lot.
